Laundry Room Makeover Part 3, Blocking Up a Door

Continuing on with our laundry room make over I remove a door and lay concrete block to fill the hole and install a window. After that I install drywall on the inside wall and start to trim out the window.

Good information, but didn't see any re-barb for support, Most videos I have seen have some support for the wall

I did install rebar at at least one location half way up and dowelled it into the existing blocks.

I see this was posted 5 months ago. How is the wall holding up now? I will e doing this soon.

It looks great. Almost as if a professional did it.
