Vertical alignment is a key difference. Advantages with both however when it is done a way for a certain amount of item the material are adapted an sized for it.
I think even the bag you get insulation from are different. You have more rectangular, which I think is for tighter transport costs. We are use more to rolls, which can in some case be cut while in the bag rolled up surprisingly accurately with a careful technique.

Excellent, continuous dabs at floor, ceiling around sockets and external openings - as required for good air tightness tests later.

I was a general foreman for a huge contractor, then a contracts mananager,in charge of multi million pound contracts, we used to use a team of contract guys for dry walling who were the tops, one guy mixed the adhesive, in a huge tub as you see here while the other guys were measuring and cutting the sheets, the mixer guy did not move from the middle of the floor, he scooped and threw with deadly accuracy the daubs onto the walls , as fast as he worked the other guys were placing the boards in place, a real team effort.Their work was faultless, swift clean efficient and skilled.

I get my electrician to coil the wires into the back box screwed on the wall. Hold the board in position, give it a few taps over the back box, you’ll have a perfect mark left on the board to cut out.

Inventing plaster that doesn't kick off in 10 minutes in Fl would be a winner.

I refurbish bathrooms for a living and I'm quite deft at drylining but i couldn't do it full time because its proper hard work! I also wonder to myself when demolishing bathrooms in old houses the labour that was involved back the day with lathe and plaster! Must have been a right faff.

I used to think so but lathe is quick and easy to nail up and plastering it wasn't a science, they just packed it on heavy.

All these gimps commenting on the video have no idea how homes are built in the UK or where the insulation goes, Nothing wrong with this build at all. Nice vid.

its good to see a house with solid walls, who ever gets this should feel good about not having a kit build wooden sheet inner frame wall
