People often forget Jack's past, dude used to actually *play* in a band on drums. Would love to see him do more drum stuff in 2022. Sad he only did two videos on the drum set he seemed quite proud of (reasonably so, it's a damn nice and expensive kit).

He 99% is because once your into to music like this your tastes on it may evolve a bit as you dabble into other styles and genre's but will never fade.
I grew up on listening to 80s - 2000s punk rock and even though I don't listen to it as much as I used to as my tastes have evolved i still go back and listen to bands like operation ivy or green day and its been 20 years and i still listen to it

Hey Jack, you’re what got me into metal and SOAD and this song is now my favorite song(literally have like 548 plays this year alone) and you’re also the person that got me into playing drums. I ain’t that good but this song is my absolute favorite to play whenever I’m feeling like drumming.
Thats awesome man. I recommend bands like Slipknot, Korn, In This Moment, Circa Survive. Those bands are really great IMO to help first dive into metal

I know it’s been 5 years now but this video brings me so much joy! System of a Down was once my favorite bands before I discovered escape the fate. Knowing jack can play drums is the best thing I ever fucking seen I’m a drum fanatic now knowing that my favourite UA-camr is great at drums respect for jack

But I think he has a cool personality and a lot of talent

This video will always have a place in my heart. I grew up with heavy metal, head banging with my dad to Metallica cd's then i started middle school and tried to fit in with everyone else's music taste. when i first watched this video it made me so happy to see my favorite youtuber listening to the same music i grew up with, i had never heard of system of a down at the time but now 5 years later and now a freshman in college i wanna say thank you for showing me i can listen to what ever the fuck i wanna listen to!

i remember when this video came out (cant believe it was 5 years ago) i remember i was in italy at the time on holiday and i was about 11 at the time and i said to my mum "as soon as we get back home can i learn drums" ive never picked up an instrument in my life and jack was who inspired me to play, I thank him for that. I hope he does the drum videos again, i love them.
