Jim, I enjoyed & learned from your video, the big difference from others is that you show all the small details that you need to perform this oil change. Excellent & Thank you
excellent job showing and explaining the process. this is a new vehicle to me and since the oil / filter need to be changed, i found it most helpful. i'm over in Alabama,. thank you.
Thankyou for the detailed video. I maintain daughter's 2019 Pilot but I cut out some of the splash guard in order to access the filter rather than remove passenger tire. At the time I didn't think about turning the passenger tire to the right.
Thanks. Only thing I don't get is where is the transmission or ctv not sure which it's called on this model. Where do we fill that and how often? Huntington Park CA. But I will change the oil from now on
Sorry I have not really looked yet but if I'm going to guess it probably is a sealed system so hard to check and fill. That is how my old 2007 Tundra was
I see, your tourq wrench handle is 15 " long. When you said the both numbers (ft/lb.) , for lug nuts and drain pan bolt, was it after conversion to 15" or it was the number taken from manual , which in your situation will be wrong torque tension?

Excellent & Thank you
Glad you like thanks for watching
Great video. The only thing I would do differently is to reset the oil % at the end. No chance to accidentally start the engine dry…
Great point! Thanks for watching

Nice job explaining everything in detail. I’ll do my own new instead of paying. A shop . As I’ve always done with past vehicles. Ty

Very nice tip to remove the tires to get that extra room to remove the oil filter.

I’m a lady and just changed my own oil for the first time. Thanks for the detailed video. Question: why the star pattern for lug nuts?
So they all tighten evenly. Glad I could help you thanks for watching and subscribing if you did. God bless
Louis from CA. Cool video very informative. Will copy your tip about piece of cardboard when removing filter.
Thanks for watching Louis

I live in manford Oklahoma
Thanks for watching Oklahoma
9:05 HOnda made it kinda simple? Wtf removing a wheel to do an oil change is not simple. Also use a bag instead of a cardboard
Thanks for watching
I'd say don't reset the maintenance minder while the engine is empty. Too easy to accidentally start the car for most people.
Thanks for the tip
