Hey Marie, don't be afraid to own your first home. I purchased mine 2 years ago And I would change a thing. I'm An Esthetician working on straight commission. God always provide and with you smarts and drive, you'll make it. BTW, that condo is beautiful. You and your son deserve it. Go for it. All this time I thought you were Latina. Lol. Your mom is pretty and looks so young.

That’s honestly hard for ME to gauge for you only cuz I don’t know where you’re from or what people are paying for services in your area so I would definitely research that. Once you find out that number, then you’ll want to decide how many clients a day you have the capacity for and then how many days a week you will work. Then multiply all of that and formulate it for the year and that’s how you can gauge a realistic income!
