Dude I’m telling you I ran the chest cam for my first 500 hours.. I was worried when I made the switch to the dynamic view it’s crazy how much better it was ! Comfort with settings is everything
I'm just getting into MX Bikes. I've played a lot of physics oriented vehicle games including car sims and feel I know at least a bit about how to prepare for landings. So I've been looking at videos here and there about this game, filling in the gaps of my knowledge. I find a lot of videos like this one talk about what to input, but not a lot about why. For example you mention "lean forward just before landing" when overjumping. I feel it would be much better to explain what the rider's thought process should be when coming to this situation, followed by the inputs where needed. From my understanding you want to turn your bike and body into a vertical stack to soak the landing load, while keeping the throttle on enough that your front wheel doesn't slam down. I'd find tutorials like this much more helpful if it were more about getting in the rider headspace and understanding why certain body movements do specific things not just how to do them. This provides a more abstract knowledge base that can be applied to more situations than just the one explained. Or another example "I know it doesn't make much sense but it does work" when talking about case recovery. It does make sense somewhere in the physics, that would be great to have explained. Anyways, still enjoyed the video and some insight was gained. Hope this feedback finds you well
Interesting point about the camera view. I started off in 3rd person in Mx bikes so I can see what the bike is doing and switching to first person I feel I'm more reactive rather than looking forward to the next apex or obstacle. I'm having trouble transitioning to the b18 OEM bikes (I am a 2stroke rider haha) any suggestions?
Disagree with autosit being off 10,000%. It's absolutely amazing for newer players and makes one less input to worry about. It works surprisingly well and you still retain control over sitting to scrub if you want to. I dramatically improved overnight by switching on autosit and that was around 40 hrs in.
Can anyone help? I'm struggling with the front end rising whenever I accelerate even the slightest amount. I can't imagine you have to lean forward everywhere on the track?
enter the whoops straight, click up to 3rd or 4th gear, lean back all the way and pin it. Make sure you hit the corner / section before the whoops clean
I’ve just started playing mx bikes in the air is it normal for the steering to be inverted? It’s weird as in the corners it’s normal but switches in the air

People say this is a simulator but if you learn the game physics nothing can stop you, and the game physics arent like irl, i love this game tho.
Dont see it as a sim far to arcade like when you get good.
For some reason when I lean forward in the air it doesnt get my nose up and i dont lean forward?
I’m so sad rn my mods won’t work watched over 40 videos idk how to bring up my baris to control kaseing I’m just suck at the game
It feels like I have zero lean control in the air. I don’t know why cause I copied peoples settings
I forgot about the shift up mechanic while casing

Yo how do you have an fmf on your Suzuki? As a Suzuki rider in game and irl that thing looks sick and I really want it
you should put in tips about sitting and standing..i am new and kinda dont understand when to sit and stand.
Do you ride in real life?? It's relative to real riding in ways, so, try that perhaps
@@uncleyetti9553 no unfortunately I don’t ride irl, actually mx bikes is my first moto game I played
I will include this in my next tips and tricks :)
Could you do a whoop tutorial or mention it somewhere cuz it is killing me

@@Dickweed When do you start leaning back though, soon as your front tire hits the first roller?
depending on the whoops section there are a lot of ways to hit the whoops, I will include this in my next tips and tricks :)

Yes it is. In the air instead of streering you're character will lean and for you to lean right you have to turn your bar to the left.
how do you set checkpoints though
Great tips, really taught me a thing or two! new subscriber here for sure. =D
Appreciate it!
Cant find the Checkpoint Controls?!
thx for the helpful vids!
not that i turned lean help off i cant seem to hit a corner at all with out tucking the front end😫
Lean back.
1:30 😂😂😂
Was waiting for a tip where “you remove the ability to counter lean and put everything on one stick” 😭 😭
Just change your key settings
@@jay.mcclou1056 it’s a joke. It’s what terrible players generally put in their “tips and tricks” videos
Lmao fr I started with all mine off and learned really fucking fast
@@moodyshooty ah lol
Did not just say to do a flip 💀
Tip 6 - don’t ride the Suzuki
tip 7 always ride a rmz
