Race craft is undoubtedly the biggest thing this community lacks. Glad you put some tips in on that front.
I've been waiting for more tips videos, love the help. Appreciate you showing your trade secrets in order to help the community :)
appreciate the tips as always. supercross is a different game and no one else to take advice from than the man who inspired us to play in the first place
Interesting 🧐🧐
I'd say a big part of racecraft is also knowing who you're battling with. Everyone races differently and requires you to race differently too. I'm usually dirtier towards riders who're faster than me, but still try to leave enough room so they can either cut underneath me or to rail around the outside of me. Obviously, doing this on the first lap isn't always the smartest thing to do, but I'd rather take an opportunity to pass a faster rider than let them gap me by 30 seconds week after week haha
Good vid! Always good to get more players get better at SX 🤘
Thank you Connor. Those are great tips that will really help a lot of people. You're a true pro in this game.
Exactly what I was looking for thank you sir. The only actual riding I do is in the mountains of Arizona, not supercross. Up until this point arcade mx games lol. Technique is the killer for me, thank you greatly!
Thank you lynds! Really been questioning myself on what I'm doing wrong on not being able to clear jumps properly, this helped loads!
09:01 try to not throw a massive oppo when you are a lapper
ive been watching your vids for over a year and just one my second ever race because of these tips thank you so much have a good one
So helpful! Thank you for this content lynds
Downloaded the game a few weeks ago because I stumbled across your videos. You make it look so easy and now I’m here learning trying to get better so hopefully I can compete against you😂. Cheers man
How'd you make out? I'm still rocking the demo until I get better. Oem bikes and tracks too though.
Best tips vid I have seen thank you so much
yoo lynds, i know its a old video but im just getting into SX and came here to get some tips. One thing ive been thinking about is brake taps, and noticed in 6:03 in this vid it seems you tap your front brake in the mid section and then rear brake at the last jump? Or is this just replay bug or something. I have mapped a combined brakes and rear brake but i usually use the combined, i havent noticed difference there but is there any? IRL you definitely dont want to touch your front brake in the air but in this game does it matter? Sometimes i feel like i get some shakes at the landing but might just be me effing it up.
I never expected to hear K.A.A.N. as someone's outro🔥🔥
Im missing cornering in depth .. that’s the biggest point .. some ppl do counter lean, some not, stuff like that .. how you go in, gering for the best traction, trigger control , stuff like that 🙂
10:14 Instant karma for Ruubs, My favourite part of the video
10:17 I saw this live, almost sharted laughing
another banger thanks lynds :)
Thank you Lynds, but I have one more thing. When you are in the air how do all the pros bring the front wheel up so quickly?
Lean back and give the bike gas as you take off from the face of a jump
They are leaning forwards just looks like it watch their shadows in some sections really helps to see body poison
It sounds counterintuitive, but lean forward while pinning it wide open. If you lean forward too long it'll obviously start to pitch the front end back down, so it's a quick movement. Give it a try
can you make a tip video on approaching a jump and correcting mid air?
can you make a video on how to not crash on supercross tracka im crashing all the time and dont know what to do...
can you make a video like a beginners guide to supercross on MX Bikes?
and Nationals?? thanks and love your content.
While you were explaining heat laps aren't vital. I was just watching the guy infront of you on a Gasgas get all sketchy on the rollers, attempt to take you out and then casually get rear checked by a Kawi in mid-air. lol
Hey lynds, im 250 hours deep into the game now, ive watched you for YEARS, way before i started playing this game. I was wondering, could you a proper video on how to be smooth of the gate? I just cant get it right on either 250 or 450. Any extra tips? my averge speed atm is 34.5
the thing that helped me was when you said you dont need every lap to be a heater. started racing smarter
10:45 if i had joe shmo behind me i wouldn’t really care, you tho I’d be shitting bricks and sweating bullets. Thanks for the vid man sx is my biggest struggle in this game
Great and helpful video. I feel like hitting whoops itself isn’t that hard but braking before the corner is always a struggle for me. The same as getting the drive on table on table of sections. I always don’t get the drive to clear the single afterwards. How can I fix both these problems
try to square up in the corners and for table tops lean back and weight your back tire for more traction, I hope this helps!!
I've been playing 9 years I couldn't figure out how people are clearing triples out of corners I was casing every time thank you I get it now ps good track to learn on Yamaha test track
me too man, me too. pretty excited to get in there today and try the sit down method
Where can I get this livery man it looks so sick? I just need it
Hey lynds, at how many hours on mxbikes did you get your feet wet and started in supercross? im good at motocross tracks and run a 1min 11 sec time on forest which i feel is fast and flowing yet i go and learn supercross and its just soo hard.
can y do this for mx vs atv ledgends
good vid lynds :)
I have a lot of hours and I still can't get the preload/seat bounce on this game. I cannot figure it out for the life of me.. driving me crazy. I've played/bought almost every mx game there's been and I'm still struggling lol.
WHERE CAN I GET THAT AMONGUS BACK THING I WANT IT
Bro I have like 200 hours on Motocross on MXbikes but I want to get into supercross but dude I can't its so rage inducing. like every triple or double I OTB or loop out like ion get this or I cant triple triples
thank you so so much!
i would like to see a series for sx and general mx bikes that would be so sick just tipps like sx tipps in alphabetical order
Everytime I jump my front end dips causing me to crash any advice?
Make sure you dont let go of the throttle before the rear wheel has left the ground as this will make your front end dip
What gear?
Ty so so much 💟
Thanks
I suck at Supercross, I’ve just learned to accept that
Cool. But first, let me try to survive a whole lap without crashing xD
Thanks!
