@@JaxonsDd007 I thought he spoke many languages. It was good for me that he spoke in English today. I’ve watched him on MO’s channel and have been simply looking forward to understanding his speak. He made my day.
Simon is a great example of how to teach (and manage) young tradesmen. I mean, I'm not young, and I"d work for him. ;) He's also a natural on camera: kindness competence and humility.

Glad to see Yannis talking and being part of this amazing team!! It is wonderful that Billy and Simon have taken him under their wings.....he is an amazing worker who really wants to learn. You guys are doing a "cracking" job!!
Kudos to both Simon and Yannis. We know Simon is a great teacher but some people don't take instruction well. They try to skip steps or do it their way before they know anything. So hats off to Yannis for being a good student.
I must say the crew did not fall apart without Billy yet, in fact todays episode was quite entertaining. Dare I say it was better than expected, It was great! Thanks Lads!
Hats off to Team Petherick, Simon, Yannis, Ryan and Phil…a few very good men. Not forgetting Alex and his awesome skills. Billy, your convent is in excellent hands. 🙏❤️
Simon's Master classes on pointing and plastering are tutorials for any DIY handyperson to follow and avoid mistakes. We can't but wait for more of Simon's tutorials. Yannis has one of the best tutors who compassionate and understanding in his methods. As an aside, when Billy gets back he will hardly reckonize the place with the work being done around the convent.
I can not believe how far you have come in just months Billy. This has been the best youtube journey i have ever been on and may it last! All the best to you guys and much love to the Pethericks family.
Simon not only teaches work skills and important craftsmanship but also respect, confidence, humbleness and more. I continue to be impressed by him. Billy has surrounded himself with good people.
Yanis is one of the few people I have seen properly use a saw. Most people move the saw back and forth to help the blade instead of letting the saw do the work. Also the blade can be installed in either direction in case you need more clearance to make your cut.
I appreciate a boss telling an apprentice "well done" when it is, and a keen apprentice showing initiative to step in when needed, without being told. I'm quite impressed with your extremely capable workforce & really good friends who pitch in when needed. 👍
Have a great vacation Billy and Gwen and the boys. Simon you are a natural on camera and I look forward to your own renovations. Yannis - your dance moves at the party were impressive
Ryan,Phil,Yanis, Alex, and Simon my chateau repairmen. How lucky Billy is to have such good friends contributing to the restoration of the convent. Looking forward to tomorrow metal detecting. Until then take care and stay safe. Love ya 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺😇🌞🌹🇺🇸❤️👍🕊🌈🙏
Have y’all thought about collecting rain water in barrels underneath the spouts? Great for watering garden, etc. never seen such a combination of knowledgeable and hard working people.
The latches on French pvc windows is like cracking a safe. Thank goodness for Philippe. Yikes, considering he is so busy with his own business, what a great friend to help out and take charge.
What a GREAT episode. Alex is a GENIUS. And Yanis, your intro in English was excellent. Is there anything Simon can't do??? Glad to see Phil today! And Billy, as a mum of adult sons, your dear mum must never see you hanging out the window like that. I was getting vertigo & closing my eyes, & I'm in the US. Blessings to the team!
What a beautiful start to todays video and then Yanis saying good morning, well done Yanis your english is so well spoken ❤ If the last 2 days videos are anything to go by Billy might actually feel he can take the odd day off here and there, he works so hard all of the time and now he can see every single one of you have got the same work ethic as him, thank you all - Alex, Ryan, Simon, Yanis, Phil and not forgetting the convents new guard dog. I hope Billy has watched yesterdays and todays videos so he knows he can now relax and enjoy his much needed and deserved family holiday. Love to you all xxxx

OK. At the intro where you guys burst forward to start the next scene, the dog just sits there like, "I'm fine, just sitting here, have fun!". All your animals are real characters!
Well Billy has definitely left a good team in charge of the Convent, well done in clearing that gutter and securing that window. That pipe just doesn't want to leave the wall by the look of it. Camera work is great as always. Well done everyone 💕🇦🇺
Simon is such a professional and has no worry! I love how he casually talks about ripping out the floor but in the same sentence assures the watcher that he can repair it if needed! He's so great!

Loved the into music very much. I hope Yanis enjoys learning as much as we enjoy watching him do new things! I'm sure I'm not alone in wishing him all the best and rooting him on!
Billy you need to buy everyone a Leatherman hand tool to have on them at all times. You need one too. That way you don’t have to run to the tool room for a little tool you need to quick solve a problem.
What a Surprise! Yanis welcoming us in English! - Alexandre, loved the sweep down the Hallway of the (in)famous 3th floor! Yep, you watched 'a bit of creepiness' ; )) oh noh, noh, don't you think Phil, Billy left the keys of the Digger 'per accident'...
When I was a kid, every time my childhood house had a flood in the basement, which was finished very nicely, it was always when my parents were out of town. Then my brother and I would be down there with the shop vac, vacuuming up all that water and blowing fans and fixing where the leak was. It never happened with my parents were home! I really feel for you guys. As soon as Billy goes away, he has major water issues on the building. Good job in being good stewards while he’s gone.
Ryan jumped up on that window about took a few years off my lifespan. This was a thoroughly entertaining video with all of you doing your jobs well while adding a little bit of harmless mischief.
