My first impressions based on this trailer and the Anime Expo Conference: * Best Fuuka English Voice. * I barely notice a difference (in a good sense) with Yukari, Junpei and Mitsuru. * And Akihiko is the one I'm struggling to get used to so far, he sounds more like Shinjiro than Akihiko in my opinion.
Same. But I can't help but feel like Persona 3 Reload is in good hands. These cast members were already fans of the series, and yes eventhough I'm 50/50 with Akihiko's New voice, I will trust to keep an open mind as we begin to hear more dialogue and battle chants from him. It may take a longer for me to accept him in the end...so...his peformance will be the test in the end product. It's also somewhat refreshing to get a whole "New" Generation of cast into Persona. They will surely leave some hints on there own take on the characters aswell as respecting the O.G.s
Feel bad for the first timers who got p3p for 20 dollars because instead of at least experiencing the animations and darker tone of the fes version, they experienced a weird psp graphically reduced version first...
I don't know ... P3P was my first Persona game (played FEMC first too) and was actually the one that got me into the franchise. Even if it wasn't as great or had the full experience of the original/FES version, it was still really incredible to me.
@@thatmermaidstar9364 good to know. If you played the Femc route then playing the P3 reload under the regular protagonist is gonna be a new experience for you, which is great. Since the social links are different and I'm guessing they're gonna add a bunch of stuff to it anyways.

@@Akira00920 then its not persona 3. Its literally the same case with gta definitive edition, taking the atmosphere off a game makes it feel different in a bad way
@@Joaquin-xq5woFor what? If anything, it’ll be like playing an HD remaster…which is exactly what it is. The experience of the game will be heightened regardless. This is coming from someone who finished The Answer on PS2, and recently played through the admittedly not-so-good port released this year. Anime cutscenes are missing but did you really want to spend most of your time walking from destination to destination again? The message is conveyed relatively the same and it was still a very enjoyable experience similar to my first playthrough. P3 will always be P3, no matter the platform, and I think everyone can enjoy this rerelease equally. After all, we will all be playing it for the first time 😉
@@Joaquin-xq5wopshh, calm down. I remember playing a bit of the PS2 ver which was my cousin's game, then later picking up the PSP ver for myself. It doesn't diminish my love for the game at all. Not once did I complain like "maaaan it looks so boring and stuff" Sure, I won't pretend that P3P isn't the worse the ver of P3 out there. But I still enjoyed my time playing it.
@@Joaquin-xq5womy first experience was P3P in 2019, there's nothing wrong with that version, and the dubbing process was way better given that they had to re-record some lines to accommodate for the lack of cutscenes. Over all delivery is so much better.
