Very nice Robert, we camped at the RV park about 2 years ago when we did the Zoo as well. It's weird how it borders with the Zoo but you need to go almost 5 miles of highway to get to the entrance. we had a nice weekend there, thanks for sharing.

Thank you Robert for giving your honest opinion not sugar-coating anything. We were at the Zoo Miami a couple of years ago and while we enjoyed it there definitely were some negative issues as you depicted in your video. I don't want to spend my money going somewhere that advertises paradise when in fact it is not. That's another reason I enjoy your videos so much because I know what I see and hear is what I'll get.

Thanks Robert, have not been in the Metro Zoo area since hurricane Andrew with the Nation Guard. All our tents and equipment were staged in the parking lot at the zoo. How much are admission tickets to the zoo now.

Thanks for the Miami Zoo tour. We'll have to add this to our list of campgrounds to visit near attractions. Our next camping adventure takes us to Fort Desoto in November. Will you be attending the Tampa RV show in January?

+bob woerner It is very seasonal but usually on the expensive side. Larry and Penny Thompson park is the cheapest at about 35 a night.
Zoom Miami nope I like metro zoo my home town wend my mom take me to zoo it was metro zoo now iam 41 keith in Ohio looking for it go back home
video is great but the speakers negative comments take away from it. ex " it Miami you can't expect much. If Miami is so horrible why has he lived here 27 years? food area not well managed. To me everything looked good, no trash on floors, no blaring noise, distractions etc just peaceful & clean, grumpy orangutan it didn't do anything other than be calm. metro rail not passing broken later on sees it & says "they got it working now" didn't stop to think it my be on the other side with riders. first thing the fish area not impressive could be better. the list goes on & on. Let people enjoy the wonderful video without the negativity. If Miami is not up to par why do you have a job here, pay taxes here. Why not appreciate fact in all this was created simply for peoples entertainment & appreciate it. Again the video is fabulous thank you for sharing it. It would have been better if it weren't full of complaints/negative feed back.
It is my honest review of the zoo and the city in general. You wouldn't want me to lie now would you? And yes, for the most part Miami is not a great place to live (fine to visit, not to live). I never expect things to work properly or for a service personnel to be pleasant. It is actually a surprise when that happens... and don't get me started with the traffic. If you want a sugarcoated Instagram filtered version of things, I'm sorry but that is not my style. When things are great I will praise them, when things are subpar I will pint it out.
