I detach thinking i already have it what exists right now is a shadow of my past thoughts what will show as my manifestation in my physical reality later will be a shadow of my thoughts right now, but i have it already just not in my physical reality so why worry because it is coming anyway. I'm only just starting to manifest deliberately. I have only been able to manifest extremely small things but that gives me reasons to believe i can manifest bigger things easily too like job and my SP back. We'll all get what we want just believe and be confident and have patience. Some things come faster some slower but they do come.

WOW thank you so much :D I've had FAR TOO MUCH attachment, it's insane. I am so far in manifesting this one thing but I'm missing the last part. The detachment!! My resistance is far too high but yesterday I slowly started to let it down!
@Natasha Nana Hi! I just saw this comment 3 years later! I manifested this very thing spring of 2019- an SP which was wonderful and what I desired at the time. We no longer are together but for the manifestation itself it was surreal!
@Natasha Nana Yep, it took me that long and I remember the day I let it all go and said "f it" really. Then the manifestation came rolling in as fast as lightening.
@Natasha Nana Of course, I'm happy to answer :) It came about like a week after I let it go! I fully accepted that my manifestation wasn't going to occur and just gave up. After giving up- it happened quickly. But that was after the point that I didn't really care if it ever came or not, I didn't believe it would either. So for me, my manifesting works in opposites. Always. Letting that resistance down is KEY, however, it'll come in your own time. It took 3 years for me as you saw and there isn't any kind of time frame with the LOA!

Can I ask you a more specific question? As in when I begin to start thinking of it again do I tell myself to stop abruptly or just keep repeating it's okay to feel that way? I often get negative thoughts because I'm constantly over thinking.
If you can stop then stop. If you can't stop then give yourself total permission to obsess about it, literally tell yourself... "okay, if we're going to think about this, we're going to be really good at thinking about it! I'm going to be the best at obsessing!" It will lighten your energy up and once you deliberately give yourself permission and go with it, you'll find in a short period of time that your mind has moved on and is thinking about something else like what to eat for lunch or should you do your laundry.

I was almost about to give up on LOA when I found this video. I knew I was too attached to my results, that's why I was not getting the results. But now I know, that letting go actually manifests things! I feel so much more peaceful and positive right now 💛 Also, here's a tip for those manifesting: if you're manifesting a relationship restoration, focus on self love. If you're manifesting positivity and feel like crying, cry, then tell yourself after crying you'll feel positive. Happy manifesting!

Thanks. I have been in alot of resistance about my family. And in resistance about resistance. I woke up today with a thought. That since everything I have asked for has been submitted, I probably don't have to do anything. I can spend each day meditating and being clear of resistant thought. Thereby, allowing everything to manifest. In terms of healing for my trauma and my family situation, in terms of physical ailments, in terms of financial. I don't have to keep bringing it up. Or even spend any time trying to figure out what I'm going to do to get it. I can just be at peace and clear my mind. I want to practice being at peace with whatever is going on. So that I'm no longer in so much in resistance. Because that's all my trauma is. Really strong resistance taking me into real bad depressive/frustrated state. Which is the opposite of being in a happy soaring inspired state.
I have been trying to manifest a text and it just wasn’t happening. Once I made peace with the fact that I haven’t received it yet, I felt a need to open my sp’s texts and I realised I had them on block this whole time 😂😂😂

When trying to manifest something i tend to feel anxious if i've done it right , worry my anxiety will block the manifestation process.. Also whenever someone makes me angry or when am frustrated about something i don't pay attention on the angry feeling instead i breathe in and exhale try to soothe my mind ..is that okay? or i am creating resistance just because i do not allow or let myself feel the way i should be feeling as a response to the situation ..sorry english is not my first language i hope u understand what i mean..thank you Amy😊 much love from Malaysia..
It happens in its own time. Attach for as long as you need and when you get tired of it or the work is done you'll want to detach. I've done all the steps in manifesting without really knowing what I'm doing and knowing how long each steps takes. It just went with my gut instinct.
How can you detach from a more serious problem? For example, manifesting good health. If a person asks, "Will I be OK if I don't have this?" The answer is 'no' in regards to good health. I get it... by being so focused n attached..if u "let it go".by "accepting what it is"..."u being attached". Let it be ok... letting go of the attachment (the resistance).. this let go of all resistance.. then u can start to manifest Do what ever u can to be ok that yr attached

If you're wanting to manifest something and bring something new into your world(energy transfer) then the premise of having to accept what is while important, will NOT help bring anything new into the frame, it doesn't work that way. It will just give one time to look at the frame and know what is IN it. Yes be grateful and accept what is but the mere fact that you wish to manifest means whatever is still attached MUST be let go in order for the opportunity of new doors and pathway to a manifestation to take place. It does not mean the "want" will happen immediately, for many times "getting there" is acting on simply the highest excitement... and again, the only thing holding one back from detaching is fear. Part of letting go IS making that leap to detach... so it IS absolutely necessary to detach one thing to let another thing in. I know what you're saying about acceptance, but why hold onto fear of change if that's the ONLY thing stopping a manifestation. It doesn't have to happen any certain way either... but following highest excitement instead of putting head in the sand will move things forward to an eventual manifestation and often revealed mysteriously in ways we'd least expect the chronology to happen in.
I love this technique however, I often have trouble being okay with resistance. I find myself overthinking it. And whenever I do find myself okay with it, it happens naturally like I have no control over when I do let go. If this makes sense at all...

Great question! No, you don't let go of your intention/desire so you can keep affirming and visualizing as you still have the intention. What you release is your attachment to the outcome - "emotional" attachment. Emotional attachment is the idea that you NEED the outcome because you will not be okay or cannot be okay unless it happens (or in reverse, you will not be okay if the unwanted outcome happens instead). It sounds as if you have EFT experience OR you're probably a Programmer! I notice you are aware of every aspect and all its variables of all directions and arrays!
So I like thos boy for 4 years never talked to him face to face and only started to DM him via instagram recently. We talked a for a few days (to the point we taljed for 4 hours in one day), but niw he doesn't answer my DM's anymore. I started to constantly checking my instagram hoping he would react. He is active. He does like my posts, but he does not react at my DM's! You know what I did? I deleted instagram from my phone and said: If I want him, he will come to me no matter what. I dont need instagram, I dont need to be obsessed by hoping he will react at my DM's. If I want him he will come to me, I dont need instagram for that.
May I ask and this is where some of my confusion lies. If I'm trying to manifest, for example an ex back, if I'm Scripting every day or so and thinking about my desire - daily, then is this still attachment? Every now and again it pops into my head throughout the day and I start to wonder if this is normal or classed as attachment? By being detached does it mean forget about it? If so do I not script about my desire?
Attachment is the idea and feeling that you will not be okay unless it happens. So you keep scripting as though you have it (as often as you like that feels good) AND then also, like once a day or so, gently remind yourself “I’ll be okay no matter what happens” or “I want this, I don’t NEED this” as a way to stay detached. You never have to forget about your desire or stop preferring that it happens, you simply stop convincing yourself that you need this to happen in order to be okay. Hope this helps 💖

Right now I am manifesting my SP and feel a sense of pure joy when I visualise, affirm, script anything to do with it. I am in no hurry of the Timeline but I also cannot stop myself from visualising and being convinced that this is going to manifest. It’s like I know it will manifest. I do not try to actively think about what if it does not because I am anyway living a happy life. Right now my confidence is so high in it manifesting that I cannot seem to imagine it will not. Does this make sense to you?
Sometimes, but no, no necessarily. It’s fine to think about it, aim for thinking about it in a fun, loving, grateful way though. As long as your thoughts are more positive, you’re fine.
Sometimes I manifested a lot of things out of desperation. Makes you wonder what all these so called teachers and gurus boil down simplistically for crowds thinking they are dumb.
I’ve been struggling with detaching and all of the sudden this video from 6 years ago pops up in my recommended videos. Damn the universe is amazing.

If you're wanting to manifest something and bring something new into your world(energy transfer) then the premise of having to accept what is while important, will NOT help bring anything new into the frame, it doesn't work that way. It will just give one time to look at the frame and know what is IN it. Yes be grateful and accept what is but the mere fact that you wish to manifest means whatever is still attached MUST be let go in order for the opportunity of new doors and pathway to a manifestation to take place.
It does not mean the "want" will happen immediately, for many times "getting there" is acting on simply the highest excitement... and again, the only thing holding one back from detaching is fear. Part of letting go IS making that leap to detach... so it IS absolutely necessary to detach one thing to let another thing in. I know what you're saying about acceptance, but why hold onto fear of change if that's the ONLY thing stopping a manifestation. It doesn't have to happen any certain way either... but following highest excitement instead of putting head in the sand will move things forward to an eventual manifestation and often revealed mysteriously in ways we'd least expect the chronology to happen in.

I love this technique however, I often have trouble being okay with resistance. I find myself overthinking it. And whenever I do find myself okay with it, it happens naturally like I have no control over when I do let go. If this makes sense at all...

Great question! No, you don't let go of your intention/desire so you can keep affirming and visualizing as you still have the intention. What you release is your attachment to the outcome - "emotional" attachment. Emotional attachment is the idea that you NEED the outcome because you will not be okay or cannot be okay unless it happens (or in reverse, you will not be okay if the unwanted outcome happens instead).

So I like thos boy for 4 years never talked to him face to face and only started to DM him via instagram recently.
We talked a for a few days (to the point we taljed for 4 hours in one day), but niw he doesn't answer my DM's anymore.
I started to constantly checking my instagram hoping he would react. He is active. He does like my posts, but he does not react at my DM's!
You know what I did?
I deleted instagram from my phone and said: If I want him, he will come to me no matter what. I dont need instagram, I dont need to be obsessed by hoping he will react at my DM's.
If I want him he will come to me, I dont need instagram for that.

May I ask and this is where some of my confusion lies. If I'm trying to manifest, for example an ex back, if I'm Scripting every day or so and thinking about my desire - daily, then is this still attachment? Every now and again it pops into my head throughout the day and I start to wonder if this is normal or classed as attachment? By being detached does it mean forget about it? If so do I not script about my desire?
Attachment is the idea and feeling that you will not be okay unless it happens. So you keep scripting as though you have it (as often as you like that feels good) AND then also, like once a day or so, gently remind yourself “I’ll be okay no matter what happens” or “I want this, I don’t NEED this” as a way to stay detached. You never have to forget about your desire or stop preferring that it happens, you simply stop convincing yourself that you need this to happen in order to be okay. Hope this helps 💖

Right now I am manifesting my SP and feel a sense of pure joy when I visualise, affirm, script anything to do with it. I am in no hurry of the
Timeline but I also cannot stop myself from visualising and being convinced that this is going to manifest. It’s like I know it will manifest.
I do not try to actively think about what if it does not because I am anyway living a happy life. Right now my confidence is so high in it manifesting that I cannot seem to imagine it will not.

Sometimes, but no, no necessarily. It’s fine to think about it, aim for thinking about it in a fun, loving, grateful way though. As long as your thoughts are more positive, you’re fine.
