I am so excited I showed up. I always enjoy doing your workouts. I used my 15lbs in the beginning, but had to drop down to my 10 & 8 lbs weights. You added in the resistance ball, I’m so glad I purchased mine. I could feel the workout in my core, my shoulders, and my back. Thank you coach.
Week 2 day 3 done ✔️! I have really been enjoying these workouts that just focus on a few areas of the body. I'm about to finish with your beginner cardio workout. Thank you to you and your crew for another wonderful workout ❤❤❤!!!!!
