For people without the big exercise ball, I have been able to use my small pilates/barre ball, my couch, or have done a hip bridge when you ladies use the ball.
When I started working out at home 3 years ago , I never expected to use 30 pound dumbbells! I have StrongFeel shoes from Lululemon and really like the stable base for lifting. Who knew shoes could make that big of a difference.
Started on week 3 this morning. Boy oh boy, I can feel it in my arms after I took a shower. It was fantastic Michelle. I love all the advice you offer especially regarding your back. Thanks once again ❤

I'm so greatful that after a few stressful days that I was finally able to start this week! It was an amazing stress reliever. I can't wait to do another one tomorrow, I don't know which one except that I'm saving keg day for Saturday when ilk have plenty of time for it. Thanks to you and your crew for another wonderful workout ❤❤❤!!!!!

OMg! I loved this. I did it later than usual and ate a little apple and peanut butter with it. My heaviest was a 35lb , 30’s 25’s 20’s and used my lace ups with a few weights to make a little heavier. Used 5lbs on the last workout , it felt good and my back is fatigued. I am having a little issue with the hip and hoping that I’m holding core and breathing , any tips? Still working thru lower back/hip/sciatica issues but feeling much much better. Gosh I did breath heavy but stayed with my range and reps I felt comfortable with
I have been loving this month!! Sometimes I go heavier and I need more time between sets to settle my heart rate. Is it better to lower the weight so my heart recovers faster?
I may be missing something but these playlists are not going together for the shred workout.is it possible to put them all in one playlist. Then when you go to the playlist there are so many that these don’t show up.

My calendar said today's video was 20 minutes.... Luckily I saw this change and was able to start my 5:30 AM workout a bit earlier to fit it in.

I'd hit pause, take a few deep breathes and start back up, vs. lower the weight.
