Some outspoken feminist she turned out to be, teaming up with a literal patriarchy to screw over elderly women. I remember one of the Nuns even dropped dead in court, when they were trying to fight the process
When all the bidding is said and done all the people, the rich people that got the hands on these shacks should be named and how much they paid for the winning bids When the federal government put something out for bid it should be published in the newspapers who got the winning bid and how much they paid for it and what their taxes are going to be
Massachusetts General Laws (Chapter 260 § 21), the squatter must remain on the property for at least 20 years to start an adverse possession claim. If the squatter is able to make the claim, they can't be treated as a criminal trespasser anymore
Only the richest of the richest are going to get the hands on their shacks. It's a shame who's in charge the national interior that person can step in and allow this man to live the rest of his days in this shack. What a disgrace
Good Lord! Can the National Park Service not have a little sympathy for this man., this artist, who has done no harm? The Use Agreement seems to ensure that he has at least a lifetime right to it. If not the land under the shack, he certainly has a moral right to it. Please, Park Service....let him back on it.

Technically, he's the owner. He pays the taxes on the shack.
