Interesting. But I am 77 and walk 14,000 - 15,000 steps most days. My Dr said I should never run. When I was caring for my wife with MS for almost 26 years, it had a significant impact on my health with a heat attack (90% blocked) and pneumonia. She has now passed. That was a few years ago and I am keeping well now.
