    I don't care what you do in life, confidence matters. Playing bad teams and letting the offense perform and do well builds that confidence. This will help a lot moving forward in the season. I predict they have another good game vs Washington and win that game. Go Bears!

      We just held 2 very good RB’s last week to 68 yds. If they can build on that and hold Robison in check and get healthy on defense it’s a wrap. The Ravens just showed you how to stop JD. I’m curious who the scouting team is using to mock JD’s ability’s.

      Confidence only does so much. You still have to have innate talent and intelligence. Without those, all the confidence in the world won’t help you with anything.

      @@thebroglefamily3992 but their offense is red hot. If Caleb can’t put together a decent game, then the bears defense will be on the field 80+ percent of the game. And I don’t care who you are, no defense can last that long. Jayden Daniels will figure them out sooner or later. Even the ‘85 defense would get shredded eventually.

    The best part of the game is when Caleb completes 3 straight to Dj, Allen, then Rome it looked scary!!

    Nobody thought the Bears were going to be "one of the best teams in the NFL" coming into this season with a brand new rookie quarterback.

    The NFC North is a very competitive division and has a bears fan. I’m not completely sure if we’re gonna go to the playoffs but one thing that might help us is peeking at the right time weren’t as good as we can be. YET

      We shouldn’t even be worried about this season. This is a get Caleb ready season. Next year when Poles can grab some more linemen via draft and FA should be the year to start truly trying to make a run.

    The Bears need to start scoring TD's on their opening drives. When they do that then they will control the game from start to finish. They need to do that in Washington and then they can humble that team. I'll make my prediction after I see how they play against the Panthers.
    Bear Down!!

    Why everyone thought Williams would come out week one blazing is beyond me. It usually takes a rookie q whole season for things to finally click. But Williams has gotten better snd better every week. I also read that Waldron wasnt scripting the opening drive. The offense had to get together and talk to to him to get him to start doing it. AND THATS WHY THE SEASON STARTED OFF SO STAGNANT ON OFFENSE

    OC Shane Waldron has been the issue from the start not Caleb. Waldron has finally started to better understand how to use Bears roster.

    Cause we all know the last time the Bears have had 2 games with 35 points or more , was all due to Marc Trestmans outstanding leadership and coaching. Sure do miss trestman

    So far, Williams has been playing the same way he did in college - looks fantastic against terrible teams, gets eaten alive by real competition.
    You’re going to see a LOT of regression later this season when he faces the rest of the NFC north and then the Niners.

      This is false. Its literally impossible to win a Heisman while only looking good against good teams & playing bad against good teams. Against Top 25 Teams in college, he had 4029 passing yards (366 passing ypg) 31 TDs & 8 Interceptions. In 11 GAMES!! Against Top 25 defenses (Ok St, Utah 3x, Oregon St, Notre Dame 2x, UCLA) he had 2,556 passing yards (319 ypg) 22 passing TDs 5 Ints.
      The only reason that you believe this narrative is because of the 2023 Notre Dame Game (One of his 3 bad college games out of 35+ college games) & the fact that USC was losing a lot of the games against better teams. Caleb Still played well. The fact is: USC was a TERRIBLE team with a bad OL, average WRs, and he still led them to the 3rd ranked offense. He also had a bad head coach who is a SUSPECT offensive coordinator. He also had the 120th ranked defense. He masked their deficiencies when in reality he played on one of the worst teams in the P5. & Here is evidence to back up my claims:
      USC was 4-8 in 2021, the year before Caleb got there. Dueing his time there, His record was 19-8 despite having a defense ranked in the 100s both years. So far this season, USC’s defense is 39th in scoring, they have a better OL and WR core, playing in a conference with less ranked teams yet they are 3-4 through 7 games and fans are calling for the coach to be fired.
      Your assessment that he “only plays well against bad teams and plays bad against good teams” is a MYTH, just like the MYTH that he “can’t play from the pocket” or that “all he does is make broken plays”

    • @filmjunkie-97
      @filmjunkie-97 3 дні тому +1

      @@codymaldonado5397This isn’t true, this is a myth for people who didn’t closely watch him in college. Trust me I’ve been watching this kid since he was in high school. Another myth of him in college is that he can’t throw from the pocket. As you already see, that has been another dispelled myth

    • @MrRoboto81
      @MrRoboto81 2 дні тому

      @@filmjunkie-97 but it’s not a myth. That’s exactly what he’s done so far in the NFL. The Texans made him look like a high schooler. And he had to throw 50+ passes against the colts, and still struggled. The Commanders are going to eat him alive.
