Hey this is Mike from Austria. I found your channel today an i love it.
Here's my little story: I learned Taekwondo from when i was a teenager 14-17 years old. Then we moved away. In 2017 my fiancee died i gaind a lot of weight. From 75 to 120 Kilo. At the and of 2019 i moved back to my hometown, made my old work, started to skate again and lost 23 Kilos. Last december i found a new Takwondo Club and i joind instantly (with 100 Kilos again, winter, Lockdown ettc, you know) now i lost 4 Kilos in this month and my trainers Josef and Verinca said, that my jumping spinkicks, tornado kicks and front kicks are really fast and hard. If i train hard, i can join tournaments in one year. My wife (married one year ago) is extremely proud.
I am glad that i found your channel, i will use it for my every day workout.

You have amazing balance and stability in your ankles and feet while you're launching those kicks. I love your competitiveness and your willingness to get better and I hope you keep up the good work.🥋🦶🏻👍

Wouldnt it be good to keep your hand (same side as kicking leg) on the other side of he body to give more balance. Also I recommend to pull those hands apart in sync with the kick (at least if you want more power to the kick), now your hands look kind of dead (no fence). its just basics of force/counterforce thing.

My son is 5 and is totally obsessed with your videos. He always asks for Alex. I have been in taekwondo on and off and plan to see if he is ready in a couple months. What age do you think is good for boys to start?

Me and my sister started young at about 6 years old but I knew kids that started earlier at like 4 or 5. I think if they can count they are gonna do fine in a kids class.

Why do you always roll your pants legs up? You don't do that when you're teaching class do you? I miss when you recorded workout videos in the basement. Those were great videos.
