I was standing on a balcony the other day and desperately questioned the meaning of life and I am shocked to my bones... As an engineer, I never really explored this topic because I was focused on the material aspects of physics and mathematics. However, I searched for an old soul because it perfectly described me day after, and I found your video on the exact day you posted it. I discovered numerous synchronicities, literally an explosion, and I am truly obsessed and shocked. There are numerous parallels throughout my life, even in reading Jung's Hermes archetype description. Even my MBTI personality test result is ENTP, just like Hermes. @@THIRDEYEDROPS I googled a lot, and everybody agrees with an ENTP. I don't even know why I did that, though. Maybe it's just a coincidence? You can find many classified MBTI characters throughout history. It is of course only speculation.
Hey brother. I appreciate you and your videos. Truly. I had a very weird synchronicity right before stumbling upon this video. It's reassuring to know that there are people that do think and feel similar to me. Sometimes it just feels like I am going crazy. Can I ask, how are you so knowledgeable on this subject? I recently read "No Bad Parts" by Richard Schwartz and learned about the Internal Family Systems. This has been a recent awakening of mine realizing that there are multiple divine beings within our psyche that regulate desires and emotions. After struggling for depression more than half my life, I did some inner work and realized that I had a hurt little child who wreaked havoc within my whole system and caused me to be suicidal and unhappy, in a way, similar to Hermes. I helped heal him and integrated him into my family, similar to Hermes becoming a member of Olympus, and ever since, I've been in this strange state of being... I'm fascinated and so intrigued on how relatable these videos are, you are doing incredible work and you're inspiring me. Thank you very much again for your work. I hope that we can meet some day and connect. Much love!

But the frequency of the number 3 is what I equate to as divine insight…in astrology the 3rd house correlates to Gemini, the house of communication, which is ruled by Mercury. The twins represent the two opposing forces coming together in sacred union. Just as in alchemy. That’s why mercury is always placed in the center of any alchemical paintings. It is access to the collective conscious itself and Mercury/Hermès being the divine messenger gives you the ability to kind of “hear” this knowledge and understand it. So Hermès the THRICE(3 x’s) great is actually a frequency that you tap into. And to the ancients, someone who knew something no one else knew, well that WAS magic. I hope this helped😊

In another meditation I rode inside the antlers of an elk and he said his name was Hermes. Synchronicity is off the charts in my life AND I'm a functional nutritional therapy practitioner. The folklore around the philosopher's stone reminds me of Epicurus' Book 25 of On Nature. This is where Epicurus of Samos gives a sermon on moral development. He says people are born with a certain inborn nature or prima materia, which includes good and bad tendencies, but through the praxis of philosophy must transform themself into "the developed product", and that through our philosophical practice and rehabituation we may sculpt ourselves to the point of changing the atomic or physical structure of our brains (he spoke of neuroplasticity 2,300 years ago). Lucretius later compared the healing words of philosophy with the elixir of immortality. The philosopher's stone and elixir are a useful parable here.

I had dreams of hermes Cadeceus, than that I was like Hermes that i could run fast, fly, helped people, he showed me his sandals irl. Other ways as well. When i searched the Caduceus I started connecting the thoughts. I think this happened to me because i am going trough a personal change in my life as this video implies. It seemed as I was contacted by him but this video makes a lot of sense.

I am wondering if the link to cattle is also through Helios. As Apollo did take on these qualities, and Helios is known to possess sacred cattle as well. We can see this with Odysseus. Hermes being a herdsman also makes sense as the sacred cows of Apollo would link back to Trito from the Proto-Indo-European myth. The slayer of the serpent and protector of cattle. Much like Apollo also being linked to the Proto-Indo-European Koryos tradition. Hermes sacrificing the cows to the Gods is interesting regarding the myth of Hermes. As Trito in the reconstructed myth gives the cattle to a priest figure where the cow is sacrificed to the gods. The Koryos tradition is for sure something worth checking out. We could do a talk on the subject and its relation to both the integration of primal instinct, and shadow integration through trance work. If you are interested. I have been working with the Koryos archetype for a while. Next to other archetypes.
Just this night I was laying on the bed playing with my hands. I hadn't done that in years, just laying there, looking at the dark room, moving my hands around like a kid. I made a triangle shape with my hands, palms up, fingers straight, thumbs and indexes touching. I started to wonder about the symbolism behind triangles since I was oddly satisfied with how perfect it looked in the dark. Then, the next morning, which is today, I stumble on this video and find out about Hermes' triangular shaped symbol and synchronicity. Maybe I'm looking way too deep into it, but I have massive goosebumps and just had to share it.

I’m not sure there’s anything specific to do. I do think Jung’s philosophy shows us that psychical and physical are more connected that our current paradigm allows for. My advice (fwiw) is to really make a turn inward and to prioritize what your conscience tells you.

A memorable synchronicity. On the wall behind Michael is a picture of the Mandelbrot Set. Only a few hours ago I had been rummaging through some old files and found a leaflet on Chaos Theory. "Mythology is about things that never happened, but always are." Understanding, or better yet, experiencing Hillman's claim really helped me understand how important mythology is. People need to understand your take on what Homer called "the deathless gods" - these are not super beings that live in the sky - but archetypes encoded in our DNA. (The part of our genome, geneticist consider "junk" - no use.)
We have a system to make it practical, obvious really. Hand analysis. The unconscious, supernatural, spiritual region of the hand feeds or informs Mercury. The hand is an interactive map of consciousness. The zones of the hand are these ancient archetypes each having their own territory and with the hand you can study how these archetypal representation of personality/human life interact with one another. And go beyond that to make it personal to see how these archetypes interact within each individuals psyche.
I think it's funny that I've been talking about how religion has taken spirituality from us and how the stars, planets "gods" were possibly not worshipped, but personified/shown as aspects of the greater universe/God.

Who said synchronicity is the language of the daemon? Daemon can wear many appearances, maybe Hermes is one of them - especially given your list of attributes.
They would be right to a point. One thing I admire is that religion has created the vacuum for these personality archetype to reemerges, even though the Bible is still a powerful book and so are all the other books from other religion. I was told once that Batman and many other superheroes stemmed from the Hermes archetype. And also the Pandora's box with fire. Great comment 🙂!
Consider Hermes as a manifestation of Humanity, but one in full unconstrained flower. A representation none of us can ever reach, though we try like hell some of us, don't we? 😉 Here's an idea, though. To be truly human requires a stance more aligned to that which Hermes depicts. How's that for a feedback loop, eh? To the extent you can incorporate this into your mindset then to that same extent will a virtuous circle be set up. My opinion, obviously nothing more. We're each in our way on our way to god only knows where. But a little more of this spiritual reflection seems better than a lot of what the many seem to be so engaged in doing these days. Doesn't it? Just some thoughts.

But the frequency of the number 3 is what I equate to as divine insight…in astrology the 3rd house correlates to Gemini, the house of communication, which is ruled by Mercury. The twins represent the two opposing forces coming together in sacred union. Just as in alchemy. That’s why mercury is always placed in the center of any alchemical paintings. It is access to the collective conscious itself and Mercury/Hermès being the divine messenger gives you the ability to kind of “hear” this knowledge and understand it. So Hermès the THRICE(3 x’s) great is actually a frequency that you tap into. And to the ancients, someone who knew something no one else knew, well that WAS magic.

The folklore around the philosopher's stone reminds me of Epicurus' Book 25 of On Nature. This is where Epicurus of Samos gives a sermon on moral development. He says people are born with a certain inborn nature or prima materia, which includes good and bad tendencies, but through the praxis of philosophy must transform themself into "the developed product", and that through our philosophical practice and rehabituation we may sculpt ourselves to the point of changing the atomic or physical structure of our brains (he spoke of neuroplasticity 2,300 years ago). Lucretius later compared the healing words of philosophy with the elixir of immortality. The philosopher's stone and elixir are a useful parable here.

I had dreams of hermes Cadeceus, than that I was like Hermes that i could run fast, fly, helped people, he showed me his sandals irl. Other ways as well. When i searched the Caduceus I started connecting the thoughts. I think this happened to me because i am going trough a personal change in my life as this video implies. I am wondering if the link to cattle is also through Helios. As Apollo did take on these qualities, and Helios is known to possess sacred cattle as well. We can see this with Odysseus. Hermes being a herdsman also makes sense as the sacred cows of Apollo would link back to Trito from the Proto-Indo-European myth. The slayer of the serpent and protector of cattle. Much like Apollo also being linked to the Proto-Indo-European Koryos tradition.
Hermes sacrificing the cows to the Gods is interesting regarding the myth of Hermes. As Trito in the reconstructed myth gives the cattle to a priest figure where the cow is sacrificed to the gods.
The Koryos tradition is for sure something worth checking out. We could do a talk on the subject and its relation to both the integration of primal instinct, and shadow integration through trance work. If you are interested. I have been working with the Koryos archetype for a while. Next to other archetypes.
Just this night I was laying on the bed playing with my hands. I hadn't done that in years, just laying there, looking at the dark room, moving my hands around like a kid. I made a triangle shape with my hands, palms up, fingers straight, thumbs and indexes touching. I started to wonder about the symbolism behind triangles since I was oddly satisfied with how perfect it looked in the dark. Then, the next morning, which is today, I stumble on this video and find out about Hermes' triangular shaped symbol and synchronicity.
Maybe I'm looking way too deep into it, but I have massive goosebumps and just had to share it.

I’m not sure there’s anything specific to do. I do think Jung’s philosophy shows us that psychical and physical are more connected that our current paradigm allows for. My advice (fwiw) is to really make a turn inward and to prioritize what your conscience tells you.

A memorable synchronicity. On the wall behind Michael is a picture of the Mandelbrot Set. Only a few hours ago I had been rummaging through some old files and found a leaflet on Chaos Theory. People need to understand your take on what Homer called "the deathless gods" - these are not super beings that live in the sky - but archetypes encoded in our DNA. (The part of our genome, geneticist consider "junk" - no use.)
We have a system to make it practical, obvious really. Hand analysis. The unconscious, supernatural, spiritual region of the hand feeds or informs Mercury. The hand is an interactive map of consciousness. The zones of the hand are these ancient archetypes each having their own territory and with the hand you can study how these archetypal representation of personality/human life interact with one another. And go beyond that to make it personal to see how these archetypes interact within each individuals psyche.

Consider Hermes as a manifestation of Humanity, but one in full unconstrained flower. A representation none of us can ever reach, though we try like hell some of us, don't we? 😉 Here's an idea, though. To be truly human requires a stance more aligned to that which Hermes depicts. How's that for a feedback loop, eh?
To the extent you can incorporate this into your mindset then to that same extent will a virtuous circle be set up. My opinion, obviously nothing more. We're each in our way on our way to god only knows where. But a little more of this spiritual reflection seems better than a lot of what the many seem to be so engaged in doing these days.
