Was your Facebook Ad Account Disabled ? If it was for policy violation, you have a chance to reinstate it, so I recommend you just implement my training!
You can make 2 business managers and your personal ad account.
For each business manager, you can have 5 advertising accounts after you have spent at least $25 on Facebook.
If your personal ad account was disabled, no problem, create your first business manager.
If your personal ad account and your first business manager were disabled, create your 2nd business manager - I have a link for you HERE / create - JUST CLICK IT AND YOU CAN EASILY CREATE A SECOND FACEBOOK BUSINESS MANAGER!
6. If your personal ad account and both business managers were disabled, find a friend and create 2 business managers for him. Do it on his PC at his home!
Spend $25 for Like campaigns on each account, then you can create up to 5 ad accounts - all this time, work on his PC.
After he has 10 new ad accounts on the 2 Business Managers, you can transfer a few ad accounts to one of your business managers
- the one with the best pixel and you are back in business.
Be sure you use new credit cards on each ad accounts !

I log into 7 different accounts on the same PC same browser and never clear cookies. People are stupid. If they gave a shit about your IP they would be banning advertisers left and right. I am not an advertising agency but use my own accounts for my business.
each time i click on boost but payment method does not process further n when I tried to add payment in ads manager payment setting the after filling all detail of my card when i clicks on my continue option then also does not work.
