Di just like you i also treat my studies as my imaginary office work which I will have to memorize and complete with clarity in the given or setted time frame suitable for human concentration like using pomodoro technique to make up the mind to perform larger tasks with efficiency and try to grasp knowledge by understanding the matter rather than cramming up the page ❤❤❤ and doing deep work rather than being a shallow worker . And it truly helps me a lot to concentrate on my tasks . I have to clear cuet next year due to personal reasons and i was in search of a video which would match my personality or personal interests of working . @@deepikapandey2474 for a fast learning you should first build interest on that topic. Interest brings focus. For example, if you do math, then find some real life uses of that application in math. And then start learning with that interest. To read a book:- 1. Take a paper & pen for notes and Give a reading to the topic thoroughly. You need not to be serious first. By doing this, you will get a rough overview of that topic. Continue make notes. 2. Then go little deep into it. And whatever you learnt try to teach someone. Assume that a little boy is sitting in front of you. Teach that boy. 3. Now it's time to go deep. And along with this make questions from the topic you learnt by yourself. 4. according to the science whatever you learnt, give a revision within 24hrs. Remember, when you're reading continuously 30mins, 1hr, or 2hr etc. Once you would realise that nothing is entering to your memory. Then give a break from your study. During that break, you can walk, spend your time with nature, etc. But don't watch reels or social media at that time. And when you study, keep making notes on a paper even when you're revising too. Hope this will help ☺
