My grandma has this security system at her house when I was a baby. And every time we leave the house. We arm the system in stay mode because I have pets like dogs and cats in the house like scooter, sumo, my 2 dogs and 2 cats, Maya and Cleo.
The same could be said for any security system. The majority of burglars will run if they hear an alarm go off and wont even try to disable it. While the professional burglars will know how to disable almost any system out there.
not really, regular systems need to be found the control box is mostly is in a closet and is harder to rip off the wall, unless you know where it is, ripping of the keypad does not do anything to it unless it the cheap lynx panel, i know i install this crap everyday
