It would be awesome to see this trio again. Sonic x Shadow Generations could have done this because of manipulation with time, but instead we get Shadow Generations (which is good but without Silver)
My thoughts exactly. I'd love to see Sonic team explore this trio working together in the Sonic Frontiers sequel! (Or Sonic cooperating and working together in a meaningful way with...anyone at this point.)
Hearing Ryan Drummond and David Humphrey again after all these years is wonderful. I always enjoyed all the voice actors though for any Sonic character. What a lovely little remix of nostalgia!
You know, seeing Seaside Hill at sunset reminded me that Team Sonic's story DOES start at sunset, and in a rocky canyon no less, makes me wonder if some of Sonic Heroes' monotony couldn't have been eased by each team going through the levels in a different order ala Sonic Adventure 1. Team Sonic starting in a (much easier) Rail Canyon, Team Dark and Team Chaotix in Grand Metropolis (which would facilitate them running into each-other for their fight) and Team Rose starting at Seaside Hill. You know, each group starting where.. their opening scene seems to suggest they would.
Unfortunately that was probably a hardware/design limitation, considering every level would have to have 4 radically different versions otherwise the difficulty curve would be a weird sine wave. Also the 4 starting levels would probably have to be Rail Canyon, Egg Fleet/Energy Plant, Seaside Hill, Energy Plant respectively, and Egg Fleet kinda has to be last.
Surprised to see not anyone mentioning this, but you played all of this really good and entertainingly. You're really good at these games man, love your content
I thought of a name for the team, Team Time. Sonic represnting the present, with his living in the moment lifestyle. Shadow representing the past, with him using his past to motivate his heroism. Silver representing the future, and his will to protect it.
Happy Thanksgiving! Hope everyone teams up to have a good time with their family. Every level has voice lines added, that's some dedication right there! It does make the mod more immersive for sure. Super forms aren't out yet. I plan on making a video when the mod creator updates it.
Don't get me wrong here, but I got a feeling that AI technology may be the reason why there's dialogue for Silver the Hedgehog along with additional lines for him and other characters to interact with one another.

I don't want to support AI voice theft and it kind of seems like that's what's going on here, bulk of these lines were reused from elsewhere but some lines are clearly completely new like Silver's level up and shadow referring to silver at points. Hoping that's not the case but it's a little disappointing if so
@@KrissyBlues does it matter if its a free fan created mod tho? Don’t mods or fan games “steal” most things? Character sprites, models, music etc. but no one cares since its just a free fan mod. Even if no AI was used and all voices were from other games, that would still be stealing cause the fan creator wouldn’t have Sega’s or the VA’s permission to use it.
Well played, it always feels good to see someone other than me use Blue Tornado as a double jump. Quick tip; all Speed Types gain wind properties on their Homing Attack at Lv.3, so you can just Homing Attack poles to go up them (it will even blow away enemy shields).
This literally works so perfectly, Sonic's all speed, Silver can fly, and Shadow's the powerhouse. They're literally all in character perfectly! Take notes Sega.

I can tell that Silver’s voice clips are a combination of 06 voice clips (Pete Capella) and AI with replaced lines originally for Tails and Knuckles. There’s also the occasional Quinton Flynn voice clip from Generations and Rivals 2 for Capella. Whereas Sonic and Shadow are mostly from Heroes but also have some AI voice clips when mentioning Silver by name (with the occasional Jason Griffith voice clips from Shadow).

And all other dialogue during the level, aside from him saying "Great!" from picking up item boxes and battle grunts, Silver never says. AI is just a controversial thing in general and shouldn't really be used in any form.
I’m very thankful for this being recommended to me! This is truly a work of art, Shadow being a power type and flinging around Sonic and Silver as spinball projectiles looks silly at first but actually works and is badass and the level up moves too! Silver being a fly type works great too! The different times of day in the levels really give them a different feel and vibe, I think that’s neat, I love Seaside Sunset and Nighttime Ocean Palace! This all just makes me want a Heroes 2 more.
Such perfect timing during the Egg Emperor boss fight with the dialog. With Silver saying "Eggman, Your finished!" into a Team Blast, then the dialog from Eggman saying "I won't go down that easy!" only to get ransacked by the Team Blast was just the best.

I know this is gonna sound weird but 0:10 it's always satisfying to watch shadow run in this stage because his skating arm swings match this stages music perfectly, like he's jamming to the song as he runs. Just a small thing, but I always liked that.
There's lots of little things like that in Heroes. When I was a kid I would always replay Grand Metropolis with Team Dark and act like they were the futuristic version of Team Sonic. I found there's a stunt ring in the level that matches up with Shadow's dialogue where he says "No problem, let's get moving" and when you do the stunt with the ring while he says it, it looks so sick. Heroes was my first Sonic game, so I didn't know much about the lore at the time, and now I know Team Dark is a completely separate set of characters, but it was fun making up little adventures in the levels and just messing around as a kid.
Sonic Heroes was my first introduction to Sonic the Hedgehog great to see how it would look with being able to play all three Hedgehogs from 06 thanks for sharing this awesome video 👍💙🖤🤍🦔

I've aways loved mods that utilize Shadow as a combat-driven version of Sonic's gameplay. Too many games reduce him to a Sonic clone when he has so much more unique potential
@@Shadex_Joestar project-06 (P-06 to shorten it) tries to help shadow in that for the 06 game kinda slaps, doesn't have the town stuff or the story, but you can rock through the stages with improved and quickened gameplay for all characters

Though it might be a task to animate her since Big attacks differently (slam aerial attack and stationary combo finisher like Vector instead of a dunk aerial attack and slam finisher like Knuckles) though admittedly I am not at all familiar with how Silver was modded or how moddable Heroes is.

This mod makes so much sense regarding team composition. Sonic as speed character (obvious), Shadow being the most physically capable (power) and Silver as flight due to his telekinesis. Wonder where the Silver model came from? Is it modified from something else in game?
Honestly not sure, I know alot of them are from actual dialogue in 06. They might be mixed as well to make new sentences. If the new lines are A.I. that is impressive. Can't tell.

Silver as a flying character makes insanely good sense. Even more than Tails. The Thundershoot attack with his Psychokenisis is more understandable than Tails never skipping leg day. I also like how Shadow is the power character over speed. He isnt as fast as Sonic in the first place, but he is more aggressive. Great job

I think that pose was based on Super Sonic's victory pose in Last Story. Wait. Silver's victory pose _is_ Super Sonic's victory pose. I just realized that if this mod updates for a Team 06 VS. Metal Overlord fight, they'll need to rework said poses. It would be all kinds of strange otherwise.
This made me think about other games that could create a team in Heroes with just the main characters. Unleashed is one of them if you think about it. During the day, Sonic is Speed, Tails is Flight and Amy is Power. During the night, Sonic and Amy could swap roles.

Sonic 06 had so much potential I hate that it was a rushed/incomplete masterpiece BUT I’m grateful they used it as a stepping stone to set up the best Hogs in the franchise. Silver got his introductory from it but I love how Generations gave Silver a deep revamp since then. Hopefully in Shadow Generations when Shadow fights Silver (which is canon) we see more of what Sega upgrade more fleshed out. But a Sonic Heroes 2 or Silver the Hedgehog game is heavily needed

Actually, this typing system is in more games than just heroes, and funfact Silver is OFFICIALLY considered a flight type character.
His model reminds me of Sonic Rivals. I can't tell if it's that one for sure, though.

As a sonic heroes fan I love this! I would love a remastered version of this game with different team builds! This was an amazing video!

Sonic 06 had so much potential I hate that it was a rushed/incomplete masterpiece BUT I’m grateful they used it as a stepping stone to set up the best Hogs in the franchise. Silver got his introductory from it but I love how Generations gave Silver a deep revamp since then. Hopefully in Shadow Generations when Shadow fights Silver (which is canon) we see more of what Sega upgrade more fleshed out. But a Sonic Heroes 2 or Silver the Hedgehog game is heavily needed

I really like Silver's model here.
Few smaller details here and there (namely making it less obvious that this is just a model and sound replacer) that still need work but otherwise this is an amazingly made mod, by the looks of it.
Whoever did the voice acting for shadow and silver did an excellent job.

The AI silver voice isnt that bad! It *is* a little jarring to see shadow move slower than his heroes counterpart though. Other than that, amazing!
