One walk off grand slam was hit by the Cubs' Barry Foote in April of 1980 and the Cubs defeated the Cardinals 16-12 at Wrigley Field after the Cardinals led almost the entire game. BTW my Mom and I saw that game on WGN Channel 9 from Chicago.
