Bless his heart. When you’re a cop (or firefighter for that matter!) and think you have to keep a stiff upper lip and be strong and brave because that’s how “society” expects you to be. But these men (and women!) are human. I mean. It’s ok to cry! Ohhh my heart is breaking for Mr Moss! 😢 I want to give him a hug. I live in Pierce Co and heard the scanner calls during this shooting. It was ABSOLUTELY HEARTBREAKING! The officer that was going to put (probably Dom) in his squad car because Fire wasn’t coming FAST ENOUGH! You could hear the fear and upset in his voice. I felt it. His brother. Made me so proud to be a citizen here. Then when they called Lakewood to see if they could borrow officers they said without hesitation “anyone that’s deep in the city, stay…keep like 3 I think he said) and everyone else GO! That was awesome! Puyallup ONLY sent 3 I think! Stingy. I was really praying he would make it and pull through. God bless his son, family and fellow officers. I’m so sorry.
They signed the dotted line to put their lives at risk. They knew the dangers beforehand had. If they chose another profession one would be alive and the other one not injured.
