Really appreciate the vulnerable part and talking about the anxiety both guys mentioned. I suffered from derealization for the better part of last year and it's a very frightening thing to go through.
Goddamn, blast from the past. Saw this live stream in my feed and had to come back. Thanks to you both for being a massive part of my childhood. Wishing nothing but positive things for you!
Easily one of your best reflections so far. It’s great to get some more insight into the rich history of the French scene and also surprisingly see how much a person like maniac has developed as a person.
Maniac quickly became my favorite analyst a few years back. Crystal clear and smart guy. Also impressive pronunciation of the Swedish city Jönköping where DreamHack is held.
From what I heard about the Kqly scenario, from a friend who is friends with him on twitter, is that he never used them in officials, and he used them once or twice in a offline server. This is after Kqly has been away from the scene for a long time and has a new career, so I am kind of believe him at this point.
Wouldn’t trust a thing thst he says, as far as I remember he said he never cheated with them and his story had changed that it only used it offline or whatever. If he truly was innocent I’d like to think he would have put out his side of the story years ago.
@@FictioNdeezNuts He's entirely moved on from CS. He lives in America and rents exotic cars now. This story was told to him a decent bit ago. I don't see why someone who is so far removed at this point would lie
He still has incentive to be dishonest because he played in hundreds of matches that would likely have been bet on. The legitimacy of those matches being brought into question could still open a brand new lawsuit or something against him.

this year of csgo (2014) is still vivid in my memory, and this is a great recount of it

Reflections with KQLY when??

@@craves7215 why does anyone lie or cheat? Can’t apply logic to it.
@FictioNdeezNuts its one thing to lie in the moment. Another thing to lie years later when your life is entirely different and your successful.
He still has incentive to be dishonest because he played in hundreds of matches that would likely have been bet on. The legitimacy of those matches being brought into question could still open a brand new lawsuit or something against him.
