The thin card itself is the trick, he just put the card together and make sure the card didn't show when you move, the last one just throw the card and close it woth your hand when you throw it

The term "witch" is referring to a woman, not a man. Therefore, Shin is magically saved to being a sorcerer or warlock during that time period considering working for a King in high regard. There's no history about a sorcerer/warlock being burned or killed unless he's an idiot conteplemting a scheme to put himself into power/position. When he’s passing the card to his right hand that’s going palm down he’s tossing the card toward him to fall below using his right hand to block point of view. The shirt is to help blend in with the card. GREAT sleight of hand.

I've rewinded so many damn times.. the last card has to be black heat activated r something. I can see the cards b4 disappearing, but not that last one.
The trick lies on that pen beside the mat. As you can see, the pen is not moving just like us, as we are fooled by his sleights.
