I should point out that I did also have an issue but with the nozzle getting closed I had to get a new fan but support fixed it. I will say there reply times are very wonky and I think that's because there a Chinese company. However the. They work the work great! I have a question about your problem do the z axis moters spin at all? If they do it might mean that the auto level sensor might not be plugged in or is being finicky or not plug-in in it does not know where the bed is.
After this problem Artillery shipped a new motherboard that was replaced. 3 printed item and Z axis crash on printing bad. Assistance Artillery does not answer any more. Do not buy it

the printer gived more problems? i want to buy that printer but if they give problems i dont want it , now works fine?
Problems are still present and assistance does not reply any more. They are not serious company
