That swale and grading all came out spectacular. Look forward to seeing what the rain does. I've been noticing how nice the tinting looks on the dozer - on those really bright days it must have been a really blessing to have.
All that “ruff grading 😜“ with the dozer made it very easy for you to finish it off with the skid loader. It’s going to be easy maintaining the grass after it gets established with as smooth as it looks. Great job Brandon. Thanks for sharing the video with us.
Brian, heck of a job on the property! I truly hope you have kept track of all the “change orders”…😂😂 I wouldn’t do anything with those piles of dirt, unless, he says this is it!! Then take that dozer and loose them back towards those woods!! 😂 GREAT JOB!!
I guess you can separate the rocks from the dirt and put the rocks by the pond and get rid of the dirt somewhere else. I wouldn't surprised if he asked you to do that. I agree with you that you have to do something with it. Everything looks nice and finished until you round the corner and see those mountains. Good luck.
Yeah I’m going to try to use the skeleton bucket and see if I can separate them. He did ask for the rocks by the pond so you were right about that lol! I’m trying to find a skeleton bucket for the 2150 but they are pricey. Thanks and appreciate you watching!
This a huge project! I saw grading and I got excited. How long have you been working on this project? Is the same one I asked about the charges? When I saw the skid steer I know this is going to be epic! Miss seeing your channel lately, glad you dropped this today! You also used the dozer too.... I love it! Viewed, Liked, Shared, Subscribed!
I’ve worked on this site off and on for a year. I dug the pond out last summer. I’ll have everything done by the fall. These house projects usually take about 18 months so there’s always plenty of work. Appreciate you watching
Sorry I'm late, had to take the wife grocery shopping. Looks like it should drain pretty well. It's gonna take a while to move that dirt pile. How much time do you have invested on this yard so far?
Looking good!
Oh yeah, I talk with my hands too and have a few folks call me out on it too…🤣🤣🤣
@@tristardiggin it’s hard not to do 🤣
Always the battle against water and drainage! Looks like you may win!

Thank you! It holds a little water in a spot or two but is an easy fix. Yes I love the tint on the dozer makes a huge difference

It drains fairly well so far. I think I’ve got a couple of weeks in it with what I’ve done before when I backfilled it.
