Kings River day float

- A day float on the Kings River after some serious rainfall and flooding we had earlier this month. This was my first time down this section of the Kings, and honestly I was pretty impressed with the scenery and the trip itself....plus it was nice to have some decent flow for a quick paddle with friends.

It's not truly spooky until you start hearing banjo music.....
Think I will bring my inflatable SUP
coming this summer
I do hope you did not go over the low head dam!

Hey Jeff, We started at Marble...barely, the bridge was covered with flood debris and the back hoe guy was about to push it all off into the river. Luckily, I chatted him up long enough to buy some time while my friends returned from the vehicle drop-off so we could get in before the debris blocked the put in. Fun float, good times!
