Colleen, you probably won't see this but I recommend watching Gemma Stafford's Bigger Bolder Baking on UA-cam for your baking inquiries. Also, a good way to make sure bread is cooked is to knock on it while it's still hot, if the sound is hollow, then it's fully cooked.
