No matter how many times I see the ending, I always cry. It's beautiful. You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain

I honestly never saw the end of Cole coming. This was my favorite game of the PS3 library.
The part at the end where Zeke says goodbye to Cole almost made me tear up a bit.
He was his best friend and brother
Its been 10 years since one of the best games in history came out. Still waiting for another great Infamous game
I love how both sides are subjected to 'opposite terms':
- While Nix was the good choice, she was all in that Haterade against the Beast and all.
- Kuo may have sided with the beast, but her fear wasn't really out there: she was afraid of death, and was fighting to keep her life. And when she stumbles towards Cole, she felt assurance knowing she wasn't alone when it came to the fear of death.
LOVE the music that plays in the final mission, so much build up to that theme you hear at the start of the game

Oh god both endings are soooo emotionally powerful and then the credits just make it so much better cuz of the music. Infamous 2 had tge greatest endings in video game history imo.

@MyTrickster101 Siding with Kuo means you sacrifice millions for thousands. And Nix you do the opposite by killing all Conduits and saving all Non-Conduits.
People, understand. The lightning at the end doesn't surely mean that cole is alive. They did that to keep possibilities open. If they give the impression that cole may be alive like they did here, they have the ability to bring him back in a dramatic form for the next games but that doesn't mean he is for sure going to be in the next game. Its all about keeping doors open and the hopes up. There's always going to be that doubt; Is he alive or not? They are just keeping the public intrigued
Just finished it again today and it still hits just as hard as it did the first time I love it for that same with the first I went back and beat last week second son doesn't hit like these two did I think it might also be because of the memories the first two beings back since I was like 6when the first came out but I love it'll always be a memory I can come back to and enjoy
Amazing that Sly Cooper and InFamous (both wonderful series) came from the very same people
The fading away of the boat part made me tear up

The ending of infamous 2 hero ending made me cry for 2 hours!!
Imagine Cole living despite activating the RFI, having to live with the fact he killed nearly every Conduit on the planet
Or at least basically pressed the conduit reset button, according to Second Son

this ending is way much better than my evil ending ... I did too much evil karma that I didn't recognize. Anyway,both of the endings made me burst into tears. But,still love hero ending.
It was kinda annoying how you had to change your karma if you wanted to pick a different decision you should've been able to pick either regardless
Lol, theirs a guy who manipulated the system, and had such low karma he could easily do evil ending with good karma, and vise versa
It's a power you get for choosing to swap powers with Kuo instead of Nix.

Watch my back demon... I always do. I loved that as bad as knix was she did the right thing at the end. Sp needs to remaster this series but I doubt they will since they’re all working ghosts sequel which is cool but I just wish they didn’t forget this series.

On hard mode he was. But yeah, Kessler dodging about half your attacks, using the shockwave and phantoms, making those little mines and the droids that shoot grenades. It was definitely more entertaining and challenging fighting him than the beast.

Same I felt like it was necessary for me to do the right thing I feel like this game it self had a impact on my views on life especially when the first came out since I was really young but still saw the impacts of my choices

There is gonna be a third since Kessler was in the first game that means Coles past but Kessler is Cole so since coke "died" that means he will eventually come back. And I don't think he's dead he's just sleeping it off (Getting more power).

when your choosing good or bad and it says work to change your karmic destiny to do the ending that you are not (as in do the hero ending when you're evil...) does that mean before you finish the mission you have to work the meter all the way from infamous to hero? or just get it to good?

there will be an infamous 3 because if you pause it at 17:35 look at the lighting bolt and it shows the infamous 3 so be excited for the greatest rpg to date

@narutovela all conduits are immune to the plague. the best was going around saving all the people with the conduit gene. he had the plan as the conduits will rebuild cilvilization

Guys after you finish the game and roam around the city a bit the t.v screen pops up again and the news lady says theirs a new plague going around and even deadlier then the one now. And signs off warning everybody and their family. Could this be the new lead for Infamous 3?
@Paradoxdox it means that everything changes really fast. like if you going to have a plan then shit goes bad at the last minute.
thing that bothered me about infamous one is that the first two end of area bosses you fight don't DIE they just slink away and you never see them again, and technically both endings of infamous 1 are the same, you kill Kessler and prepare to fight the beast, the only difference is your personality but story wise it's the same. In Infamous 2 though the choice is kill the beast or become the beast, becoming the beast shows your more evil than Kessler who was just trying to stop the beast, obviously the evil ending in infamous 2 ins't cannon but it could be for infamous 1 with cole just changing heart after seeing the beasr

When it was Nix that suggested saving the world, it caught me off guard. Her sacrifice to buy Cole some time made me like her more than Kuo at the end. I like em both but when Kuo suggested working with the Beast, I was pretty pissed and when she came in, I made sure she felt my wrath. But after that, she sided with me again so I was cool with her. Also, I bet if John new the RFI would cure the plague, he'd tell Cole to use it.
I had it on psnow but it ran out so I downloaded it and had to start all o er again

I sometimes see people saying how the Beast boss fight is too easy. Well tell that to my half dozen failures before I was able to focus enough on both Kuo and John-Beast. And when Cole fights him again its simply because he wants to cause him as much pain as possible for all the death he's caused.

Das ist nicht das letzte infamous game schaut mal genau her: Am Schluss vom Film wird es dunkel, dann trifft ein Blitz genau das Schiff, wo Cole liegt. und wie ihr ja wisst braucht Cole Strom, um zu leben. Den hat er dank des Blitzes bekommen. Es gibt ein 3 mit Cole, wenn Sucker Punch lust dazu hat.

@WArSwAGG34 you can still play after doing the hero playthrough. the game goes back before the mission and locks down so you can get 100 %.
The thing is though the evil ending might be slightly changed because in reality the hero ending is actually the true ending.
GUYS THE LIGHTNING RIGHT AT THE END WAS THE SHAPE OF A QUESTION MARK. I CANT SEEM TO FIND THE SIGNIFICANCE IN THAT BUT IT DEFINITELY MEANS SOMETHING.

This is not the last game of infamous game looks exactly: At the end of the movie it is dark, then a bolt of lightning hits the ship exactly where Cole is. and as you know Cole needs electricity to live. He got thanks to the flash. There is a 3, with Cole when Sucker Punch pleasure to do so.
there is no way suckerpunch can pull off inFamous 3 because in inFamous 1 cole had to fight the beast either way,but in inFamous 2 if your bad you want all humans to die and you become the beast. If your good you die. 2 completely different story lines.
