Khang, all of your videos have been very valuable to me. What I have learned from these videos is to allow the seller to tell you what they need from the deal, so that you can determine a course of action to take for the closing of the deal. Great stuff! Learning so much!
Can't afford the script but my one takeaway is definitely you using words like we and could you go any lower for us. I actually laughed out loud when you said could you do 25,500 and she said ok.
@@siralzz7974 The way I calculate is 10% 0ff retail price, which includes realtor fees and closing costs, and depending on the market I go down to 9%. Hope this helps!

You need to fix the audio dude for real, I can barely hear the audio from the call and I raise the volume to hear and then it cuts back to you and its loud as heck since your so loud in your room
