Congratulations on running a half marathon!! I am SO PROUD of you! I ran my first half marathon alone too without planning it, and there is something so fulfilling and intimate about doing it on your own and not part of a race. It’s just you and your goal. That’s amazing, so proud!!
Running math is SOOOO real. I always say “clear the slate” after a certain amount of miles and mentally act like I’m. Only running the remainder. Also my friend and I name e our running routes and communicate about routes in code name only. Congrats on your accomplishment!
