You're so lucky to have thrift stores that actually have these tressures, I really hope I can find a shelf full of HID fixtures, that would be amazing!
@@Parrot175 I have a Globe 70W High Pressure Sodium Bucket light, but it'd be cool to find a Mercury Vapor light, it'd also be cool to find a ballast in arm fixture, like a GE PowerBracket, or a cooper something one.
Good video of the airport, we visited the States late last year from Australia, certainly spent a lot of time sitting in aircraft waiting to take off. We waited a number of hours at one Airport for a replacement Aircraft due to breakdown. Enjoyed our visit to USA, wish I found some good junk shops though.
Awesome! Cool those preheat lights are still there! Love the snap switches! Cool that you got that Electripak DR70H! I have a American Electric DR100M (like yours but with the Electripak flat photocell) that was saved from a house teardown. That thing with a crimp is definitely for holding the light if it breaks as mine was broken! I saved the ballast, socket, photocell and fixture tags and threw it out. The ballast works! Oh and I know EXACTLY who got that flood light. You can see it on LG.
Love the old lighting fixtures in the Church, the pull switches are great! Those old electric Fans are amazing! I wonder if they still work? Thanks for showing your video.
My junior high school the builders searched and found newstarter pre heat fluorescent light fixtures for the wood and metal shop classrooms to give them that nostalgic look Commack school district J.F. k. Memorial jr. high school Smithtown school districtny
I think (regarding the re-store selection) that some of the smaller, regional hardware stores carry those products. I found some of those Feit Electric Tuffkote bulbs at Elliot's Hardware near me (4:55 in the video)

Keep looking as you never know what you might find!

The ceiling fans are Hunter “Original” fans, specifically I think the R&M type

Amazing lights! I would love to have all the working ones.
Great old fixtures
I had so many of those 200 watt Sylvania bulbs
Cool dom
I would love to have that incandescent and preheat fluorescent fixture, it's really neat!
That green exit sign appears to be a generic knockoff of a Lithonia Titan series unit

Some lights do have dead starters
Good luck finding a 125w mercury vapour bulb. I've tried.
When you talk about lighting sites, which ones are you talking about?
Probably Lighting-Gallery, Gallery of Lights, and others
