List of Key Ingredients:
Cooking Oil - 1/2 Cup
Bay Leaves - 2-3 Leaves
Cardamoms 5-6 Pods
Cinnamon - 2 Small Pieces
Black Cumin - 1/4 Teaspoon
Cumin - 1/4 Teaspoon
Whole Chicken - 2 lbs (~0.5kg)
Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon
Ginger Paste - 1 Teaspoon
Fried Onions - 1/4 Cup
White Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
Salt - 1 Teaspoon for Chicken 1 Teaspoon for Rice
Turmeric - 1 Pinch
Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon
Chicken Powder (Chicken Bullion) - 1 Tablespoon
Tomatoes - 1/2 Cut in 3
Serano Peppers - 2 Peppers Sliced
Chopped Mint - 1 Handfull
Chopped Cilantro - 1 Handfull
Dried Plums - 5 -6 Pieces
Basmati Rice Pre Soaked for Minimum 45 Minutes - 2 Cups
Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon
Red Jalapenos - 2 Peppers Sliced

I was nevet too much fond of cooking lekin apko dekh k mjhe khana bnanay se piar ho gya ha, infact my kids of age 6 n 7 luv u alot🥰
I had the pleasure of making this today. The only thing I added was 1/2tsp of crushed dried fenugreek leaves to the cooking rice. All I can say is--- DELICIOUS... I thank you for sharing this recipe. It was amazingly delicious. I wish your videos were in english because I'd be trying out many more of your recipes. Blessings and peace to you and your loved ones.
