Gosh Michelle great idea, and strangely it made really good colour. I'd have not worried about the useby date and lobbed some Baileys in it and hoped for the best! Great experiment :)
Hi Tracey, the colour is lush 😍, I can't drink the stuff now anyway as I can't drink milk and not interested in trying alternatives as the thought of it makes me feel sick lactose intolerant, so it was either try it with resin or put it in the bin, thanks for watching and commenting ❤️❤️❤️ xxx
I am so glad I am not the only one who finds things years out of date in my cupboards 👍🏻👍🏻. What a fabulous colour it makes too, I am curious if the piece smells chocolatey when cured as it would drive me potty if it did I would run the powder through a nylon tea strainer to avoid and wee clumps. I’m off to make a hot chocolate now 😂.

I’d say your experiment was successful! That is a nice brown color, and I’ll definitely try it the next time I need brown because I don’t have a brown mica currently.
It's a great experiment, love how it turned out, but it made me really anxious seeing chocolate used for anything other than eating or drinking 😁🤣 By the way, powdered drink mixes are good for up to 5 to 10 years past their "best by"/"sell by" dates 😉

Wow - no I didn’t expect that to work! I thought it would be kind of transparent pale brown with gritty dark brown bit in it. What an excellent surprise 😁 It looks a great colour too and very solid. I’ll need to remember this when I’m looking for the perfect brown. Thanks for experimenting for us. This would drive my D.I.L. and my granddaughter insane btw as they’re both chocoholics 😂
