How much more would you need to remove to access/replace that in parking brake module? Looks fairly easy so far. Dealer wants $$$ and stated soda or some beverage spilled into it so I assume it's located in that area. Thanks for this very helpful video.
@@arte1989 Would you know if this part is considered the “Transmission Control Module?” I found an online company that repairs them for half the cost of a new one and it wouldn’t require reprogramming. $385 versus $1600 so if this is that part I thinking it’s worth the attempt. Thanks for the helpful video.
Isn't park brake module somewhere in the boot/trunk? I think that's where my Jag mechanic changed it. It didn't help though. Still getting park brake fail sometimes.
@@arte1989 Hi; Thank you for the reply, the cable is multicore cable and two of the multicore seems to be loose but rest is OK, I have bought one from ebay, but don't know how to replace it. Try yourself if not you can take it to mechanic, maybe use a magnet to keep all screws organized.

Bro, how did u remove the last screw? The one under the emergency park realse
I believe it had 2 screws, you can pull on it to raise it, don't be afraid to move plastic trim around most of them are strong
Did you have to lift the emergency park release and unscrew that screw in order to get to the screw under it?
I'm trying to figure out this too as I got stuck at this step. None of the XF videos is showing this.
