I am so glad that you are here for this quick, but oh so effective high intensity cycling class! Including a HIIT cardio workout on the bike can will not only get you closer to your goals it can improve your overall endurance and stamina for your other workouts as well!
During this team sprints workout, we challenge ourselves with a variety of sprints. This workout is perfect if you are on a spin bike, recumbent or stationary bike (find the modifications down below) because the positions can be modified and also the intensity level whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced rider!
This is your workout, make sure you have enough resistance, take extra recovery if needed, focus on proper form, modify the workout to make it your own, give it everything you've got, and kick butt!

If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance and try and keep the same cadence.

That just rocked me to finally get it! How important working out in a challenging way can assist me in the though things of life! This is the toughest one for me! I keep redoing it. I am not Team Sprint but I want to get better. The mental game on this workout is a real battle. Ps: love the camera shakes and swipes into sprints- gets me going! Thanks for this one!

Great vibes! I was advised to stay in the settle doing cycling due to my prolapsed bladder and to avoid adding high resistance, so I modify during your classes but it’s still great to know that no matter what we can get there if we just “show up” to take care of ourselves!!! Thank you! 🙏💞

I decided to get back onto pre-workout today after taking a break from it. And maybe it was the pre-workout that caused me to raise my resistance, like my old 7 is now my 6. And wow that was hard but good. Feeling good now. Thanks for all you do Kaleigh 😊
