From what I've seen, the cost per square meter for construction in the province is approx. 10,000 for no finish, 20,000 for mid-range finish, and 30,000+ for something very sharp. Yours looks very nicely done. If you don't mind sharing, what is size of home and cost of construction?

You didn't say if there is power up there or how hard would it be to get water. For me I think it's to far off the paved road, if I would move would have to be flatter ground. But I'm in good shape in the u.s.a and to many medical problems

Rent, have kids with a Filipina and then create a trust in their name as trustees and you the executor. It prevents the Filipina from taking it if she goes off the rails and a woman who wants the best for her kids would have no problem with it. Prenuptial can help protect assets as well, however, EVERYTHING can be contested in court and they will lean in favor of the Filipina so you have to make things clear and concise, have things written up before marriage and the agreement that the children will be the recipient of the estate before they're even born and she waives her rights to contest it... If you have a good woman you will never need to worry about court, but cover your own ass first always.
May i say It not in filipnia vocabulary prenump they dont understand it in general she need owm Philippines attorney so they understand a prenump u.s family law not same as philippines law with no divorce .

And sure she should have her own legal representation as that is one of the ways in which women argue prenuptial agreements afterwards, saying I wasn't informed. Ignorance of the law in the Philippines is not a defense just like the west. I am not telling him how to protect the Filipina but his own years of hard work from being stolen by a bad Filipina.
