I love this because a lot of people get to start lessons when they’re really young and keep taking lessons, but I love that you’re sharing your house journey! I had to ask my parents for 5 years to take lessons before they finally let me😂 i’m so happy now🥰
Aww, so sweet. I'm with you, I started out riding western, but fell in the love with the finesse of English. My dad only had western saddles, I had to save up and buy my own English saddle. It's not the best, but it works and I'm proud of it.
I remember the first time i rode, i was in love with riding. I was so exited when my mum said i was going for lessons, i swear i have never doubted me and how i rode. Nice to see i was not the only one that started off not having the leg strength!
So sorry im late yesterday something happened but nevermind that! Omg i am so proud of you !! You did it! Thank you for sharing your story ! Yay 1k! Lets get her to 2k?
I started riding 3 months ago, i learnt to walk trot and canter with no lunge line. I am able to go on trail rides with my friends, and can ride tackless in an arena already. I have fallen off twice bareback.

Aw thank you! I still don’t have a ton of leg strength, and to this day I compensate by gripping with my knee. It’s something to work on 😉
I love this story! Truly inspirational!
