Adding audio is easy as hell. Just use a 3.5 mm audio cable to connect your 3ds with the microphone jack of your pc. Then with the correct Open Broadcast settings you get perfectly synced audio:

ho linkato la guida in descrizione, non è mia, ma va bene lo stesso ;) per registrare l'audio dal 3DS, come suggeriva l'utente Mariomaster qui nei commenti, basta che tu abbia un cavo da 3.5 mm di quelli che hanno la stessa entrata che uscita ( è molto comune ), e registrare ad esempio con Fraps, abilitando la registrazione del microfono, che sarà appunto il 3DS
