Pretty sure that is Cut Creek on Whiskey Run beach in Coos county. Can see Bandon dunes golf course in the back ground and at the end they are on whiskey run creek right off the parking lot. This is my rock hounding grounds.

The gold cube with a Keen A52 add on works great to get this beach gold with a recirculating set up.

Try the beach from the Seaview beach approach on the Long Beach peninsula, south to Beard's Hollow. I met an old couple on that beach in 1953 who were working the black sand. They were from Portland, Ore. They took the guts out of an o;ld Bissell push carpet cleaner and were using it to skim the shallow layers of black sand on the surface of the beach.

You know, I think I feel a Cunning Plan coming on here.
Take a long belt of magnetic matting, and lay it right across that stream bed, then coat it with magnetite. Then leave it in place for a few days; odds are it'll collect quite a bit of gold in the magnetite, and you'll not have to bother with the fetching and carrying, etc. When you're ready, just go collect the magnetite layer from it and take that home to process it. What you're doing is creating a semi-permanent gold trapping system which uses the flow of the stream as both feed and cleaning mechanism.

this system works real nice for a nano/micro gold. we us it instead of centrifuges or any other equipment to catch that super fine gold.

Would you do a video using a old-time beach sluice(4x8 type)???Sadly,we cannot use motors anymore for this type of mining....

    Mr. Fossicker,
Great video thanks so much for all the great instructions!
Do you know the agency to contact to apply for permitting ..I am ready to go tomorrow with one of your higbankers if we can obtain approval ..I have maps showing the beaches that found gold in the late 19th century. specially on the Atlantic coast..Were you on the Pacific side?
Make some more vids using different equipment..would you recommend use of metal detectors?
    My best
    Ron

    Mr. Fossicker:
I thought you were in South America!..
Love to get down there to try it out ..Do you want to go? Tides are more important and you will need some cold weather gear..
