i really enjoyed getting back into it with this tune, once i get the slurs, i will move onto the drones, great lesson break down, thank you from me and my russian wolfe hound who sang along alittle, now that he is 3. he would not sing at 1 and 2. have a black and white cat like yours up in the amoire listening and sweet baby jesus the tiger cat baby attacking my bow while i broke the a string, with all that i was still able to learn it.

Jason! Brobeans. Can you do a “carry me back with variation” and in that video - will you play the song the whole way through slowly - I’m struggling to get the rhythm with the middle bit.
Once I get it I’m totally gonna want to see some variation.

I'm having trouble getting what I'm playing to sound like what Ketch is playing during the "Won't you carry me back!" part and directly after that. Is he just playing double stops to get those higher notes? I have the same problem when playing Cumberland Gap.
