Something That The Lord Made, Mos Def played Dr. Vivien Thomas. He helped solve the "blue baby" syndrome. Dr. Blalock wouldn't do a surgery without Vivien. 😊That movie is definitely in my top 5.

One of the things I always loved about Waiting to Exhale is the beautiful brown skinned/darker skinned black women. Also, we have to believe that these women are lifelong friends.
