The is a Turtle in Stormsong in BFA Called Ai'twen which is a reference to The Great Atuin from the late Author Sir Terry Pratchett and the Discworld Series.
I love the lasts one because the obvious references. Funny enough there waa already a cabbage guy reference in bfa, during the chased scene in Boralus, you can crush into a guy with a cabbage cart who yells "my cabbages!"
Dont know if you've done this one yet but there is a secret hunter pet in old darkshire called ghost saber ill it's in the baga ruins in the north of the zone and you havebto fing tiger figures on the ground this is a reference to the wow rpg if im not mistaken
