What parts do I need to make a pourporchner. Also what size trailer
Where do you buy your cherry surfactants. Also where do you fill your SH tanks? What are average costs. No one has made video's explaining cost and consumable products.
You should call a local supplier and ask for pricing.
It usually costs me about $25-30 in SH and surfactants to do a 3000sqft house wash. Roof washing costs more. Compared to the revenue the costs are very low.
What's an SH?
Have you tried Google. Cherry surfactant and so ?
I found a cheaper 3/8” hose reel on Amazon but looking to hook it up to a 5/8” hose for soft wash. Thoughts?
Do you also have to have a pump for the line connected to the pressure washer?

Awesome set up Kurt! I am getting 1/2" air hose (flexzilla) for my softwash set up, I've heard lots of great comments vs the water hose any thoughts on that? Do you rinse the system after every job to avoid corrosion in the hose reel line and fittings? what size is your trailer? Thanks in advance!
I'd get Flexzilla 5/8. Then you have garden hose and soft wash hose. And the pump will be more efficient.
Awesome video! What size hoses are you using? Is that 1/2in hose from water and sh to proportioner and then 3/4 from proportioner to pump the 3/4 from pump to reel and then is that 5/8 on the hose reel to the gun?

what size hose you have from your pump to your spraygun?
Quick question on your general pump hose reel for the softwash. Did it rust out the steel manifold really bad? Did you notice any rust coming out of the gun or when you disconnected to rinse it out?
Not at all! Just make sure you rinse out after every job

How often are you charging your battery? Are you charging it at the end of every day?
Tbh, i havent charged it in like a few weeks just because it is such a big battery and small pump that doesnt require much.
Did you purchase your downstream injector on Amazon? It looks like one that I came across the other day? I didn't know if I would go with that or go to a local pressure wash store and pay $70 for one😢

Is there maintenance for a 12v pump - I know for pressure washers there are pump protection sprays ? Not sure for a 12v soft wash pump
Make sure you flush it with water after every job. Other than that pumps will naturally break, you will most likely replace them every year
where did you get that reel for the softwash
If I was going to batch mix, would 40 gallons of 6% do a 2000 ft² roof? Hoping to upgrade to a setup like this after this job.
If your soft washing it, yes it should be enough. Might not be enough to go over it twice

One is for filling up water, one is for high pressure, one if for the softwash system

What hose do you run on your trailer I tried to find a 200ft flexzilla but all I find is a air hose
Air hose is just fine for soft washing, check the psi rating of the hose and check the psi rating of your pump and make sure the pump doesn’t exceed the hoses rating.
How does the pump handle backpressure from the pressure washer?

I wouldn’t recommend. Too small. You want either 5/8 or 1/2

Love the setup but that hose reel will rot out pretty quickly with it being steel and how much sh will go through it everything else looks awesome
