  • How do personal injury cases work? What is the process? How long do they take? Who pays my bills while I wait for a settlement? All good questions. Personal injury cases are not something you plan on. That's why I brought in personal injury lawyer Jarrett Johnson to get a complete rundown on how these cases work and what to do if you find yourself involved in a personal injury lawsuit.
Watch my whole interview with Jarrett if you have suffered an injury in a car accident and are looking for information about personal injury attorneys and the process your case will involve. He's very honest and straightforward and covers all the bases. It's a great primer on car accident settlements and what to do and what to expect.

Why he won't say letter of protection? L o p? Why don't he just say he'll give the medical providers and creditors a letter of protection? Why?

Legal biding agreement. This only occurs if you have exhausted your medical coverage through your insurance. You are agreeing to pay bills after case settles. Typically attorneys negotiate bills with the doctors to lower down these bills. In the end you end up with a medical lien deducted out of your settlement check

I would never comment on another lawyer's strategy. You trusted them enough to hire them, let them do the job.

Hi Tiger, I would never comment on someone else's case. You hired them for a reason. Thanks for watching, Aimee
