Great video. Looks like a great product. I ordered it today based on your your review. I think it's going to be a winner and a real help.

I got this on your recommendation but I really don’t think it helped that much. Feels good and somewhat supportive but sort of hard to get tight enough. You have to be really strong to pull the straps tight. Didn’t really help the pain. Love to know a different option from you. Appreciate your videos a lot. Thanks for what you do.

Hey Ann! Sorry it was not tight enough for you...maybe you need a smaller size or a different brand. With braces for any part of the body, you need to try different ones...kind of like trying on shoes when shoe shopping.
Here are some other options for you:

Thank you. Not only informative but encouraging!
I will try that one, but am more open to keep looking if it turns out not to work.

I am a woman, curvy, overweight, 30 plus years of back braces, all different types, back pain every day of the year. This is the best brace I have ever used. I got it and wore it for a few days, then thought I should let my back go for a few days. The only unusual thing is that they are REALLY hard to get the velcro unstuck, If you are 70 with arthritis. I place the dooly hicky thing down lower by the L4-L5 which is one of the main damaged vertebrae...

Thx for that. I got a bit overwhelmed with different options, so I went to UA-cam

My pain is in the left thoracic area along my spine, maybe caused by a fall or improper way of sitting on a very good mattress, tiny apartment so I use laptop on the bed. Can this be Thoracic Spondylosis? Will a simple stretch around brace help? I've had ice packs, heating pads, taken aspirin, used Tiger Balm & MSM cream, still there. Left shoulder hurts as well. Please reply as I'm on SSI , not a lot of discretionary money left to buy yet a new thing. TY!!

Can I use it if I have scoliosis 18degree? I also have sacroilistis pain ( my 5th vertebrae is attached to sacrum on right side.

      Hi Abolishohoni,
A brace can be helpful for scoliosis, even with an 18-degree curve, especially if you’re still growing or if your curve is progressing. However, braces are usually more for kids and teens to prevent the curve from getting worse. For adults, they’re often used for pain relief and support rather than fixing the curve.
Since you also mentioned sacroiliac pain, a back brace might offer some support and relief, but it’s best to check with a healthcare provider in-person to make sure it’s the right fit for your needs. They can give you the best advice on managing both your scoliosis and sacroiliac issues.
Just in case you're interested, we have a SI Joint help playlist you might find helpful. You can access it here:

Start with one or two exercises, beginning with the smallest range of motion and the lowest intensity. As you feel stronger, you can gradually increase both the range of motion and intensity. It’s best to do these exercises every day throughout the day. Aim to tire out the muscle without losing form or control. Consistency is key. Always avoid working through pain; soreness and mild discomfort are normal, but pain is not.
We hope you found this information helpful. We'd love to hear how you are doing as you progress.🙌 Please take care!
