Here's a pro tip: At the first sign of mistake, let the failure dwell and fester. Get frustrated and develop a sense of defeat by repeating to yourself "you are not fast enough", "you are not good enough", "you will never be enough", "you are not enough" This helps me lose at games and life almost 100% of the time
Haha.. This is actually funny.. Especially the performance degrading drugs scene.. 😂 But overall.. All of this are true if you want to sux at any sport.. 😏
😆 It was really a nice idea!! Just don't tell how to get good directly coz it only gets attention of serious players!! Rather tell them how to get even worse so the worst people get offended and improve their game!! Excellent job mate!! Hats off!!
white guy is Ben Beckman former England and internatioal player. Now coaches at Wimbledon Badminton and Squash Club. His mum Karen has won gold and silver at Common wealth games in the early 60s. So not just some random " white" dude.
Step 9 to suck at badminton: if you're playing doubles, use and manipulate your partner to cover all of the area. When you lose the game, keep blaming your partner for their incompetence 😈.
Haha brilliant. Also, any chance you could re submit the restringing tutorial you did, I always use it as a guideline, but now I can't seem to find it. Cheers
Glad to see you are back, with another excellent video! I also find this court kinda interesting. Does that geometric background have windows (and you filmed at night?) or is it all just painted that dark color?
Hey Swift badminton, since you are talking about sucking, what should i do if we and the other team are competitively trying to lose? In reference to China vs Korean in Olympic 2012?
I wonder if the concept of this video is loosely based on a CGP Grey video with 7 tips to ruin your life, i see alot of similarities. Greatly enjoyed watching regardless.
Sometimes I focus on power but, because of my experience, I’ve learned to control it a bit more. Sometimes I use my power, one executing my weapon on court
I suck at badminton but not that far, now thank to your wonderful tips, I can suck more ! Like we say in chorus when coach is "hurting" us in session : Thank you coach !
Its annoying when the other player in the front tries to hit all the shuttles that comes back and doesnt allow to play. Sometimes they make an error or because of them we miss to hit the shuttle.
Jonathan Sir And Ben Beckman Sir, can you make a UA-cam video on "how to hit the sweet spot consistently and continuously in forehands and backhands" please Please Please please please please please please Sir, I want it
i am actually Number 6 - no joke. Obsessed over arcsaber 11 - thing is i am not bad at the game itself like others who buy expensive equipment for no reason ; just to flex.
i had a wrist injury for at least a year and has not healed, so i keep on playing with a terrible wrist. Especially backhands my wrist cries for mercy. 🤣

Me too
Hey wait...why are copying me?
What I do is praise my racket cos I’m weird af and surprisingly it works
This one hit too close to me.
Step 1: be me
Step 2: repeat
too relatable
Omg nice joke
This has been very informative. It has helped everyone in my village. We are all in your debt.
Everyone liked that...
YES
Haha.. This is actually funny.. Especially the performance degrading drugs scene.. 😂
But overall.. All of this are true if you want to sux at any sport.. 😏
fun fact, filming this was the first time i've ever touched a cigarette. i had to mentally prepare myself for it big time
This has helped me so much, I kept focusing on power and wondering why I wasn’t hitting shots, this is honestly really useful.
Absolutely loved this video- super informative, original and funny! Loved the way it was edited too! :) can’t wait for next one ☺️☺️
I'm so glad I didn't practise my reverse backhand double action under-the-leg with full pirouette in vain.
"If you're really lucky, you may never step foot on another court again"
😆 It was really a nice idea!! Just don't tell how to get good directly coz it only gets attention of serious players!! Rather tell them how to get even worse so the worst people get offended and improve their game!! Excellent job mate!! Hats off!!
Finally the only badminton video I was looking for👍🏻thanks Jonathan 👍🏻👍🏻😁
I certainly subscibed to the concentrate on power advice. Enjoyed the fact you had wei nan as the archetype as well.

step 8 to suck at badminton (or any sport):
dont warm-up
Or even better make sure you do a warm up for an hour, less time you play the sport the better
@@shizzywizzy6169 LOL

I don't do one, and yet I am the club champ.
Can’t wait to put this into practice 😂❤️

This is a really good video. Entertaining and funny, but also tells people who want to get better at badminton what NOT to do.
First one reminded me a youtuber “Phillip Axxx” 😂😂😂

Glad to see you are back, with another excellent video! I also find this court kinda interesting. Does that geometric background have windows (and you filmed at night?) or is it all just painted that dark color?
It's all that dark! We filmed this in the middle of the day

Hey Swift badminton, since you are talking about sucking, what should i do if we and the other team are competitively trying to lose?

Best Way to Suck at Badminton:
1. Don't Play Badminton
No, anyone asks you, do you suck at badminton? You say, I don't play badminton so it doesn't actually make you suck anymore.
What about 8. Run away from the shuttle?
Instructions unclear. Ended up winning world's championships
Lol

Yes I finally can be myself!
Helpful :)
And he calls himself a "coach".
