    Here's a pro tip:
    At the first sign of mistake, let the failure dwell and fester. Get frustrated and develop a sense of defeat by repeating to yourself "you are not fast enough", "you are not good enough", "you will never be enough", "you are not enough"
    This helps me lose at games and life almost 100% of the time

    😆 It was really a nice idea!! Just don't tell how to get good directly coz it only gets attention of serious players!! Rather tell them how to get even worse so the worst people get offended and improve their game!! Excellent job mate!! Hats off!!

      white guy is Ben Beckman former England and internatioal player. Now coaches at Wimbledon Badminton and Squash Club. His mum Karen has won gold and silver at Common wealth games in the early 60s. So not just some random " white" dude.

    dont warm-up

      Or even better make sure you do a warm up for an hour, less time you play the sport the better

      Step 9 to suck at badminton: if you're playing doubles, use and manipulate your partner to cover all of the area. When you lose the game, keep blaming your partner for their incompetence 😈.

    Its annoying when the other player in the front tries to hit all the shuttles that comes back and doesnt allow to play. Sometimes they make an error or because of them we miss to hit the shuttle.

    i had a wrist injury for at least a year and has not healed, so i keep on playing with a terrible wrist. Especially backhands my wrist cries for mercy. 🤣
