    I have type 1 narcolepsy. I don't life a healthy lifestyle, old habits get in the way. I've recently made small changes...like not eating fast food and intermittent fasting, just recently started learning about the diet, I love carbs, but honestly, Im just tired of always being tired. giving up the carbs just to feel alive and productive would be well worth it.
